Boom, everyone's knocked off, we come back on, no balance, and then when the other team is dead, round doesn't end.  Did it crash?  Hopefully it comes back soon, I dislike how clunky Community feels for me.

Wrong answer, most people will do that, best case scenario: he will be satisfied with only one slash.

The problem is with level six, that one slash ends up being a tk.  Neither party end up with a good resolution: the tk'd ends up thinking "Man, this community is a bunch of idiots and ragers," while the tk'er ends up possibly banned for a moment of being in the heat of passion.  I'm not entirely sure what I'm getting at here, but I think there ought to be just a bit of room for accidental teamhits, especially in such a crowded gamemode as siege.  Especially if they're a low level, and (maybe) just getting used to the gamemode.

Make it red, be better Templars than the Templars.  Take over the Templar order.  Get assassinated because France hates you.

But seriously, first one, because they both look the same to me.

I've always been in favor of upkeep but yesterday it seemed to have gotten worse. Maybe I just got on a bad streak but I broke at least 2 items every round, win or lose. I lost about 20k after playing two hours. It didn't seem to matter if I was on a x1 or x5.

Ouch.  Looks like it is somewhat luck dependent?

(words)
y = x^4 + x^3 + x^2 + x + 1
(another collection of words)
TL:DR Latest Recommendation: Only quit on x1.

Wasn't this something that is already common sense?

Implied force push.

Okay, there's an application of logic.

BUT THIS SHOULD BE MOVED TO THE SUGGESTION FORUM, RIGHT?

One of the things that I've found is that, with a loadout of ~15,000 or lower, even at x1 I'm able to maintain a positive profit margin.  The best way, I've found, to deal with upkeep is to have distinct loadouts for different multipliers.  For instance:
  • x1: 9,534 (Mail coif, tunic over mail, mail chausses, mail mittens, mace)
  • x2: " "
  • x3: 15,296 (Mail coif, surcoat over mail, mail boots, mail gauntlets, mace)
  • x4: 34,314 (chap. de fer, brigandine, mail boots, mail gauntlets, greatsword)
  • x5: 51,074 (Pigface klapp, trans. heraldic, hourglass gaunt., cased greaves, Great sword)/51,582 (SOW)

With this, I can pull enough of a surplus to even use a x5 loadout on a particularly difficult x1.  Not sure how luck-dependent this is, but it seems to have served me well.
