Actually, katana speed had been reduced by a few points before that, so it's not a real buff, it's an attempt to balance the nerf, I guess.

This very morning, after I just retired (so, as a peasant), the round is about to end, I'm alone against a mounted cav with a wakizashi and 1PS, no need to say I get pwned hard (and my team loses its x4 multi).

The round after, Sucketh_Upon_Thy_Balls (in my team), angry to have lost his precious multi, just killed me, his explanation; "It was worth it. You cost us our x4 by being useless."

I'll just hope something can be done against such people.

yeah I had a play with 3 powerthrow and shuikens on an alt and hit a guy in white tunic mail 8 times and still had to finish him with my scythe.

so I cba with throwing. I would use if it was accurate but its terrible accuracy/damage and just a waste of time unless you are a dedicated thrower imo.

I think military shruiken needs to be added to ninja weapons list tho, its not an amazing weapon without a shield but it definitely looks awsome!

I'm atm a dedicated 12PT thrower, and I can tell you that despite the overall whine about throwers, thrower isn't really fun, requires a lot of skill, and a lot of luck; since I have 12PT, I hit hard, but the poor accuracy anyway (even tho I kinda min/maxed the available accuracy for throwers), the hitboxes issues and the broken animations just wasting a few seconds of your time when you can only rely on throwing to kill someone make this class really painful. Kind of a glass cannon class; if you're lucky, you score quite a few frags, everything's fine, you're an awesome support, but if you're not, you get pwned, hard, and by everyone.

I'll probably use the throwing weapons as a backup on my future hybrid builds, but a pure throwing build is not really something you can rely on.

Ouin ouin, t'es pas un peu à la masse, toi ? L'upkeep ca fait un moment que c'est mis en place, t'aurais du viser un équipement un peu moins cher au lieu de vouloir directement faire ton grosbill avec de la plaque. Maintenant, t'as plus qu'à t'améliorer si tu veux effectivement avoir plus de kills, c'est con hein ?

Awesome game ! Graphics are quite impressive for a web-game, too. Maybe you should add the possibility to create/use our own maps ?

Hi Ninjas !

Since the very day I started cRPG, I've always considered being a Ninja was the only way I could learn; wearing only a light armor, you need to be able to block, be aware of your surroundings, and know the battlefield. My first weapon was a katana, my first armor a lamellar, and I soon rushed into battle, hoping that one day, I'll be able to defeat one of you.

Now, on my third generation, I've temporarily put my katana aside, to fling wardarts and deadly stones at my enemies, but I still feel like a Ninja, and I'd like to apply for your clan. (Some of you might remember "Vendredi", my 2nd Gen character, a 2her/throwing hybrid).

Hoping to be one of yours,

I mostly agree, the price is just not worth it, other than for the lulz, or the style. Even daggers are more accurate, and have more damage. It's quite disappointing. :/

This is a brilliant idea, and I'm really looking forward to ingame evolutions. Finally battles might have sense now.

I'm a bit worried on how it could effect Siege battles, though. What about setting one "hard" respawn for each team (one on the flag for defenders, one off the walls for attackers), and leave the rest be "soft" respawns; ie. tactical choke points, each army trying to take it back.

In red, attackers hard respawn. In blue, defenders hard respawn. In yellow, tactical soft respawns.

Soft respawns could aswell help lowering the respawn timer, maybe ?


I think it should be the opposite actually
The worse team should have faster respawn time so they can have a chance to retaliate
If they do successfully retaliate Both teams will  respawn at same rate again

No, the point here is to see less bullshit on the battlefield; more cautious teams, and more teamplay.

Not sure about the hard cap. We'll have a lvl 30 soft cap in the next patch, and, right now, you need more than 125 Million XP to reach level 50 (and that will drastically increase in the next patch). But yeah, if they actually spent countless hours trying to reach some high level, why putting a hard cap at level 30, or 35 ?

If a hard cap was needed, put it at 40. People wanting to advance their character spending nights on it would still be able to do it, with limits.
