Im not sure if this is where i post it but im a dedicated Crossbower, i am currently lvl 24 and have 150 ish wpf in the crossbow talent. I also have an arbalest that i plan on heirlooming at 31. Thanks for any responses :P

I am NA, i work during the day at times and im in the EST time zone, looking for a clan for strategus or whatever that is when it comes back or a clan that participates in clan matches.

Most clans with a thread will be active in strategus, so I'd recommend looking at all of their threads and taking some time before joining a clan. Seemingly everyone, like reinhardt here, will try to make a pitch as to why you should join their clan, but I believe that you should go see what each clan has to offer you!

Pretty much look around at the clan thread, observe how they conduct themselves in it, observe how various clans play on BattleMode, watch what they type, and request to hang out in the voicechat of your favorite most "interesting" clans.

I really should start my own Faction, and it would be a convenient excuse for me to add "Tears_of" to all of my characters without trying to armwrestle an admin into approving it.

Well for a song, Teardrop by Massive Attack would likely be a top contender, but I meant a theme more along the lines of a Faction Theme, such as The Templars looking all spiffy shiny and religious soldiers of chadz wearing white and red, ect.
I have always been partial to purple or teal, hmm... Not the biggest fan of Ranks nor Item restrictions, but something to tye members together a bit might be a good thing.

BRD has ranks! Oh, wow... I completely missed that, hahahahaha. Yes, something along those lines indeed.
The way I see it, you really only need your Clan Leader/Fool, Squad Leaders/Veterans, Normals and your "Testing Phase" people who don't have the clan tag yet, more or less. If you need anything else you can hand out fluffy titles in addition to ranks such as "Pompous Diplomat" or "Newbie Breaker and Trainer" and other such things.
