i mean economically,lifr standarts etc.
i have a genius friend that is working on his phd right now,wants to go northern eu for academic purposes,that's why i conduct this research!would be great if u explain ur decision as well?

Denmark. HDI is pretty close across the nordic countries but Denmark has the most sensible government. If you plan to live in a big uni city for several years that's your best shot. Worst uni cities to live in is in Sweden.

Vienna has a magnificent student campus but Graz is a known uni town.
Why go to Viking countries where is always cold? If you want that Helsinki is good, you will get to meet Xant and in case of emergency, you can always flee to Kingdom of Tatarstan, because Tsardom of Russia is one forest border away.
