When I update my banner, it seems it changed on main page but when I look the character list; the banner seem old one and when I launch the game it seems as old one too :S

Gribnir reported a very similiar issue, where he finally changed to the right banner on the website but couldn't get it in-game.
I think it has something to do with the servers being moved recently, which also messed a little with the database. It should all be finished by monday at most, and by then Dupre will have regained the full access to the servers. I'll try asking him about it)

This' the Monday and still got the same issue. I just changed the banner but in game there's my last banner which I changed 4 times before..

It sounds like a disconnect between the launcher and the actual banners in the database. Each time you launch cRPG the banners are updated and it seems that either its not updating or its updating to older versions. Fun fact Monday in Turkey can still be Sunday in NA and also Dupre has a job away from this volunteer work so it will probably be more like Tuesday morning for you. How about get some nice Turkish coffee (the one made with the hot sand that is like espresso but better) and or some nice kebabs and wait for this whole thing to blow over.
