Title: Any friendly clans recruiting? :)

hi I just started playing yesterday and have run into many friendly people in the game but I can't remember all their names and clan names!

I don't know how clans work in this mod but if anyone is nice enough to show me around the whole strategus clan wars thing i'd be grateful

if i can get my launcher fixed that is!!

you should join Krems clan, we are best clan EUW and NA so naturally we are the only clan worth joining

I'll give you a quick run down of some of the clans that I can remember

Druzhina (DRZ): Primarily Russian clan, better speak Russian if you want to join, or just scream cyka blyat and they'll let you join

Grey: I think these guys are Polish? I can't remember too clearly. Nice clan to join if you can get in, but I'd recommend speaking Polish.

Kapikulu: More Russians, however these guys teamkill everyone by accident, so be careful around them :O (This clan is pretty much dead, I barely see any members)

Vanguard: Two old clans merged together and formed the Vanguards, the two former clans were Byzantium and Nords.

Krems: Wacky fun clan filled with hilarity, Krems don't really take the game too serious, they're more inclined to have fun than anything.

Mercs: Fairly serious clan, however they're invite only so don't expect to get in this clan easily.

Barabe: I don't actually know where any Barabe members are from, so I couldn't tell you that, I don't think they're a region specific clan anyways, but they're a cool clan with serious and fun mixed together.

Templars: Another fairly serious clan with a few fun members mixed in, they fight for the god known as chadz.

Kingdom of Northumbria: Viking style clan similar to what Nords were like, good clan to join if you can get accepted, you might have to message a leader though.

Bogumilli: These guys are a pub based clan, so they should accept you without much trouble, I don't see many members on the server anymore but it's still a good clan to join, they have an armoury stocked with things you can use.

Strategus isn't all that good for a new player, for one you need a fairly complete build to stand a chance of doing any fighting, plus the strategus is clan dominated, so you'd need to join the clans that take part in the Strategus scene to have any hope of doing any good, overall I'd say don't bother with Strat, it's not worth it.

Welcome! Launcher is currently being updated. Might take a couple days but will be fixed soon. You should be able to launch the game with out updating if you already have the most recent version.

Clans/people with the same banner get balanced to the same team so you can play together, also you can use their shared items with the armory system. Krems will turn you into a fedora fuckboy, might be too heavy for a new player.

Strategus is shit.

Ah sorry, didn't realise you were NA, I don't really know much about the NA scene other than it's fairly dead, I don't see it active all that much, there's definitely still people playing there but not as much as EU.

Active cRPG factions NA side include the likes Frisitan, Acre, HOC, MB, KUTT, Semenstorm, FCC. Frisitan, HoC and Acre are definitely the most active banners most days that I've seen. Most of the other large NA factions are less active if not completely inactive.

 You're welcome to join CHOPAS (http://c-rpg.net/?page=clan#!?page=claninfodetail&id=113)- it's pretty dead, only a few active players/characters, but we have a largely unused selection of heirloomed items in our armory- for as long as you like.

If you're looking for a Strategus faction then that's a whole other ballpark (though most active clans also play strategus, either together or in separate factions with diverse members drawn from many cRPG clans), there are many options NA side currently, including one that your forum name is begging to join that of the mighty AUTISMO THE WIZMO (http://forum.melee.org/faction-halls/x-***-the-autistic-wizards-guild-***-x/)

I've been perusing through the clan list and I love FIDLGB's banner XD but frisitan (frisia and occitan, 2 old clans) is also cool and apollo was very helpful when i first started playing

like honestly even tho fidlgb isnt that active they are cool dudes

We are a friendly clan, but you have to be all of the following to join:
Age 7 or under.

A true red, white, and blue blooded American that feels threatened at the thought of culturally assimilating foreigners due to the potential to dilute American values.

Be really gay


If you don't meet those prerquisites, then you are worthless, tryhard scum that wouldn't even function as a doorstop.

Edit: Yoshi is also #1 most relevant clan in strategus.

if you are interested in strategus, you can join my faction. clans and factions are separate things. clans are for fighting in battle (NA_1), so you can get balanced 2 the same team. factions are groups on strategus (strategus page/NA_3).

we are the first faction founded for WIZARDS

You should definitely join Radiant Dawn. We aren't dead at all. In fact we are a thriving community of alts and people who no longer play the game. You might consider us an elite clan, we're very serious about DTV and have many great DTV heroes among our ranks. Currently we have over 50 active* members!

   If you want to have fun. And I mean real fun, go for krems. I mean, they are really good at it, just imagine the fun they had forcing the nicest guy Oberyn to leave the mod.


   But at the end of the day, no one plays this mod for fun. Fun isn't allowed. It is known. So go for clans with rich bank/armory, because looms is what really matters. The more +3's you have the more skilled you are. Skill is everything and I'm not going to even mention scoreboards, lord almighty, the importance of that ratio...!!!1

That is simply incorrect. We have had alot of players and it is very normal that we would have alot of people with different ideologies.
