Oh come on Panos! We all know it isn't merely roleplaying. It is just that you have two personalities in you. One genuinely hates Turks the way it is hardcoded in most Greeks. The other one knows there is no need to be a cunty cuntington and embraces everyone all the same. Luckily we see the second guy most of the time. Mount&Blade is video game that attracts many people interested in history. Such people take things that happened before our times very seriously. Saying that someone is stupid (no matter how you say it) isn't the same as mocking the deaths of millions of people. But for some reason, people seem to get offended more by someone calling them stupid. No one cares about human lives anymore it seems. Vanity trumps empathy (lel trumps).

Turkey's a strange country tho. Moderate rich, kinda big, desperately trying to become modern but still worshiping the man who died decades ago. Made a law against insulting him, something that is unheard in modern democratic societies Turkey wants to become. Torn between obscure social traditions of the East and modern way of living. Unfortunately for them, biggest part of their country is run by eastern way but small portion of somewhat westernized Turkey holds enough power not to let country turn into next Iraq or something like that. We'll see for how long.

I know this kind of sounds ridiculous and fanatical, but you need to spend some time here in order to understand what he means to us. He rose up, took the reins and liberated a country that was super-duper fucked and surrendered over to the entente powers by the remnants of the Ottoman palace.
