Let it bite you and you will become the Russian batman. Davaj davajThat was indeed very tempting!
So, what did you do ? :mrgreen:My dad, being a good soviet pioneer boy (he's 81), made a call to a zoo and asked what we should do, so they told us to stick the curtain together with the bat out the window and let it fly away. And so it did.
I bet it tastes like chicken. Everything exotic tastes like chicken.Wow, what the hell man.

I didn't actually know bats live in cities like that, or maybe this one was just a stranger.
you should become Blyatman )))
I know, but I don't want to make my bear jealous, that's his job.
OMG you are such a pussy! what have you done! You can tame it and make attacking noisy neighbors and drink their blood!
you should become Blyatman )))nice one
Tastes like rat cause that's what it is.
Actually bats often live in cities (though not the same bats that live in forests for example). Usually in those ventilation holes just under the roof.
That's only fair, I mean look at their little hands, they're nearly people!
Welp, looks like Leshma was right for once
Some would say they look incredibly cute:
Bats are not flying mice; they are not even remotely related to rodents. Bats are such unique animals that scientists have placed them in a group all their own, called ‘Chiroptera’, which means hand-wing. Bats are grouped with primates and lemurs in a grand order called Archonta. (https://batworld.org/myths_facts_page/)In the name of biology THANK YOU !!!
...white nose syndrome...
Several got into the apartment over the years, and one was injured by my cats and would not live if released. I put it out of its misery with a large rock, and still have the dried corpse. For religious use only.

WITCHCRAFT being Ozzy confirmed
Dude, dat bat still has head on his shoulders.
Why the hanged man card? You have pits in your basement and you left pennies on the other side?
Damn, how did you know it's a candle?.. I wasn't thinking about it until now, but I unconsciously presumed it was a deodorant. Now when I looked carefully on it, I do admit it would be strange to have religious images printed on it, but they like this sort of thing in US, right?
Doesn't look like a candle at all...
That is a typical candle in a Spanish Catholic home found in The U.S., Mexico and South America. That is "Our Lady Virgen de Guadalupe". Famous in most Spanish people households.
It's not 6 dollars, but 222.
And how exactly do you even store a dead bat so it doesn't decay or smell really bad?Freezer allow a good conservation, I had a woodpecker that my cat brought stored there for 5 years, then finally gave up on stuffing it but it was still in perfect state.
How can you be sure it's the same?I recognized her face!
I recognized her face!
Nah, I really don't know, just assumed it's the same one because (I hope) there aren't many of them around.
I was driving boat last week and I swear I saw a bat flying over the ocean... about a quarter mile to a half mile from nearest coast.
I pointed it out to crewmember and he said maybe it was a moth, but it would have to be some monster sized moth... Thing looked like it had a wingspan of about 6 inches.
No doubt a new species of sea bat that sleeps in underwater sea caves w/ air pockets and then surfaces and flys to land to prey on insects only to fly back into its sea cave.
There are a handful of moths with wingspans nearing or going past 6 inches in several continents, even northern areas that have heavy winters. It could have been a moth, or a bat. Either one is strange but I wouldn't put it past either of them to wander off the coast and get lost at sea.
I still think it was a bat I saw because of its movement how fast it dropped inbetween flaps of its wings, but it's just a hunch... I really didn't get a really good look at it, was driving about 20 mph and it caught my eye as it flew over boat and back towards shore.
Did you let it out, Macro?Of course! Now it lives in our entryway.
