Title: COFFEE
Post by: FRANK_THE_TANK on October 02, 2014, 08:32:24 am
November Juliet that sweet black liquid, viscous and marvellous.

I had the good sense to be born in Australia, the capitol of kick arse coffee. I also had the good sense to live with in walking distance of Ltd selected as the worlds best purveyor of fine caffeine in the form of coffee in 2013.

The one saving grace of living in this shit bucket country at the moment is how damn good the coffee is.

I'm currently sitting in a bar down town that also hands over just barely passable coffee, an American *shudder* some kind of university exchange filth lumbered his over burdened posterior onto stool near by. It groaned with the effort. He then disgusted me completely by ordering a mocca and pouring for packets of sugar into and stirring it like he need to kill someone. Get out of my country you mother fucker! Take your starbucks bullshit and your sugary horrible shit and shove it up your back passage you vile, over burdened cunt!!! I HATE YOU WITH THE FIRE OF A THOUSAND SUNS!

Their's really nothing wrong with the guy, he's perfectly pleasant, but how dare he put sugar in a coffee that you can barely call a coffee to begin with I just want to shake him, shake him and slap him in the face until he learns better.

... I've got problems. I'm the first to admit it. I've got problems.

But coffee is pretty good ay.

By looking at american recipes for beverage or food you always get the feeling they're adding too much stuff to pretty much anything.

For example:
Spaghetti Carbonara EU - spaghetti, eggs, bacon, cheese / parmesan, spices
Spaghetti Carbonara US - spaghetti, eggs, bacon, icecream, oreos, cheese, hamburger, cheese, freedom, gun licenses, spices

Lol, arabic coffee tastes like butt. Entire beans of south-american coffee, that's the real shit.

The reason why coffee is absolutely horrendous in the USA, Japan and a couple of other places is that most producers there don't make coffee out of complete beans.

Trust me, I know what I'm talking about, if that wasn't clear enough already.

It wasn't given that the Portdigustings have a horrible tendency to push the acid way the fuck on everything they roast leaving the after taste to feel more like a chemistry experiment gone wrong than an actual coffee.

There is a shit load of awesome stuff coming out of north Africa at the moment. A lot good black coffee, big, thick oily black coffee that really throbs in the back of your throat.

But for serials, almost every coffee I had in Europe was poor. The roasters just didn't seem to give a shit about flavour or profile it tasted like they just shoved every bean in at the same temp and yanked out when an alarm went off.

Ltd in Brisbane uses a local roaster called clean skins and their black coffee comes out almost like cream it's fucking legendary. The filters and aeropress are almost always fucking great as well.

Check out my Fav Coffee place in my home town:

some semi old fat women once thought about buying a bmw z4.  then she realized how shitty a huge woman looks in a roadster,  so she spent that money instead on a roasting machine or whatitscalled.

buddy of mine and myself were her first costomers (we walked in not realizing it was a week from actually opening).  So she sat down with us,  and told us a lot about her coffees,  gave us tons of diffrent ones to try,  explained what we tasted.

was fucking great,  and I can tell you,  she gave hell of a lot to make her coffee just right : )

When I was at boarding school we took a trip to Mexico and visited a communist coffee collective that bought in bulk from the great and conflict-ridden Mexican state of Chiapas.  Shit was dank as fuck and we met some guy who looked like Santa Claus there who worked as supreme caffeine leader, spoiling us with holy righteous holy coffee (nectar of the gods), in exchange for our plush privileged souls.  Needless to say, I still buy their coffee (http://justcoffee.coop/).

Well, drinking coffee with milk makes it "easier". But i think that black as lucifers heart coffee is better ;) (we are all different tho')
My daily routine is:

Wake up, take a cup of the darkest coffee i have (have like 4-5 different ones atm) and put in one of these in my mouth:

They have around 3x the regular nicotine dosage and its the best feeling ever when mixed with a great cup of glorious swedish, non swedish coffee :)

That's because most people are used to drinking shit coffee and need to pour even more shit into it to make a bonafide scatological liquid because people are full of shit.

Yes! Black coffee and snus really get me going in the morning. If you have good coffee and good snus they are pleasant on their own, but the buzz from strong coffee and stark/extra stark snus is something else. Feels good, man.

Some gas stations carry General brand or Camel (which is really weak and more expensive) snus. I order mine online, there are lots of websites set up to import to the US. It's good stuff and helped me quit smoking.

This is what I think, people may have different taste but I think that this is a general opinion

Skruf, Great snus, kinda cheap and lovely taste.
They are often stronkkkk so take it easy with them when starting.
(click to show/hide)

General (- Je- ne- ral)- Also great snus,
a bit of a aquired taste but when you are through half your "dosa" (box) it will be nice, not stronk snus but just plain good ol' fashion snus.
(click to show/hide)
- more expensive 7.5dollar/case

Göteborgs Rapé (Gothenburgs Rapé), This was my main snus for 6 months.
Easy snused, comes in different fruit/berry flavours - A bit more expensive though
(click to show/hide)

With these 3 you can't go wrong, in the next section i will show you 3 low cost brands.

Oden's snus, very low cost brand.
Odens got a large variety of snuses, but they are mostly low quality and also tastes a bit weird.
If you got a tiny wallet this snus will fit like a glove, but this is also an aquired taste but as soon as you are over the threshold it will be alright, I guess.
(click to show/hide)

Knekt Portionssnus, about the same as Oden's.
Knekt have a small sortiment regarding snus, they have white and regular portions mainly.
Tastes alright if you NEED snus now, but i would rather go to some higher ranking snus.
(click to show/hide)

Offroad, the lowest you can go
This snus smells horrible, I mean it smells like horseshit.
If you are homeless and want snus, go for this one its like 2 dollars/dosa
(click to show/hide)

---------------------------------------------------------

Att snusa (to snus)

At first you will be a bit repulsed, but soon you dont want to go anywhere without snus.
You will feel a little pit under your lip that will get as big as one snus, google (snusgrop). its normal and its ok to be a bit scared, the scaredness will go away when the pit is formed and stop getting bigger.

Your teeth will become a bit yellow, but I use a toothpaste that really is whitening, and you cant tell that i both snused and smoked and drank coffee at the same time (not litterally).

Conclusion:
att snusa is more economical than smoking.
You dont need to worry about how your clothes smell
there is no "2nd hand snusing"
there is a big hype of mouth cancer, but that is such a small risk that you get it.
around 15% in sweden snusar.
26% of the grown population does time to time snusing.

Also, 1 snusdosa is about 2 days of snusing for me who have been using snus for over 2 years.

If you want anything else answered just write to me ;)

Sorry for off topic, coulndt handle my passion for snus :D
Also, snus goes hand in hand with coffee in sweden

Swedish cancer cowboys. This shit is banned everywhere, for good reason I might add.
Title: Re: COFFEE

Snus is less carcinogenic than cigarettes or chewing tobacco. I'm not saying that it won't cause cancer, but part of the reason that cigs/chew are so carcinogenic is that you burn a cigarette, and chewing tobacco is "fire cured." Both are exposed to flame, and the burnt parts are the most carcinogenic. Snus is heated while it is made but never exposed to flame or burned, so there's no combustion-made carcinogens. It turns your teeth yellow, but so do cigs and coffee.

This is my favorite at the moment, Nick and Johnny White Heat

It has a pretty strong nicotine kick compared to cigarettes. Even long-term smokers would get a notable buzz from one of these. I generally only use them at night when I'm relaxing in front of my computer. They last much longer than a cigarette too, so I only go through 1 or 2 per night.

You are right about that Witch!

That's some nice snus, I like the hint of pepper.
If you want a strong buzz you should try Odens extreme portion, it got a straight up tobacco flavour and you might even feel a bit tipsy from it.

top 1 GN tobacco snus, the rest is "meh" :)

----------------------------------------------------------
Also the ban is silly:

All tobacco products that are not chewed or smoked is prohibited, which makes so much sense, right?
