A huge part of the population are mestizos, mostly because the vast majority of the indigenous people died of disease. Do you honestly think that guy has no euro DNA in him? Have you ever actually met any nahuatl, maya, quechua, etc? I'm not even sure most if any of his heritage is "indio". I could find a spaniard or portuguese that looks exactly like him very easily.

Lol, maybe that was their whole intention , Americans are famous with lacking historical and geographical information -no hate, everyone knows that- so they just wanted to look him like a regular american citizen.

I wish they would actually call Latin Americans mestizos or Amerindians in the USA except instead they choose to call them "Hispanic" or "Latino" when those aren't races and real Hispanics are from Hispania (Spain and Portugal) and real Latinos from Latin Europe. Please find a Spaniard or Portuguese that looks Amerindian mixed like this guy if it's so easy. When did I say you have to be blonde hair blue eyes to be European? Please pull more words out of your butt. That guy in the video was obviously not Spanish. Just because you have some Spanish mixing within you does not make you Spanish. Only people from Spain or their kids are Spanish. It's not just skin color, it's facial features...

They can't call all Latin Americans with Spanish ancestry mestizos because not all Latin Americans with Spanish ancestry have Indian blood in them. So the spanish conquistadors blood is probably very mixed in their blood - plus I reckon most native women got raped once or twice back then, and probably did get one or two spanish blooddd children.

And btw: the beautifull south american women are only there because of the mix with european blood, afaik the natives where pretty god dang ugly. Or so i was told iirc.

Its the same with france - they produced one gorgeous famed women(i forgot her name but she was famed for heer beauty) - but most french women are god awefull ugly.

I'm not saying that they all are. Of course there are black Latin Americans and white Latin Americans, and they should be counted as so. But it's ridiculous how in the USA we refer to ANY Amerindian, mestizo, or other mixed race person from Latin America as "Hispanic/Latino" as if it were their race when those terms have nothing to do with race. I'm sure you being Mexican/Peruvian/Costa Rican you're probably mixed race or Amerindian yourself... Nothing wrong with that it's just super ridiculous when someone calls these people Spanish (even the white Latin Americans) when they're not Spanish. Just like these "Italian-Americans" who aren't actually Italian, their ancestors were.
