Title: Rain only one map in a row?

If we must have such a big chance for night, rain and fog on every map, could we please have it so it only rains for one map in a row?
Many consecutive maps slugging through mud with what seems like 1 athletics is not so exhilarating as you might think.

Nothing quite like starting a strat battle and thinking "Oh crap it's raining and foggy on battle"

There have been a lot of complaining about rain, nighttime and fog but nothing have been done about it really. Should be like 5% chance of each of those. That would be enough.

Yes, and why isn't something done about something so much of the community seem to agree on, ressource issue or some dev blocking it?

I'm curious about the programming code used for rain/fog/night etc... Maybe i'm wrong, but i don't think it will be very hard to change it. That's why, i would like to know why nothing is made to change it. (For once that the whole comunity of this mod agreed about a topic....) Is it really the dev blocking it? And if yes, why? What are the reasons?

Rain sucks but there's nothing wrong with night, you can still see just as far as daytime.

night time is lovely. why else would you carry a torch? but the rain has got to stop.
