Title: Suggest "Title of Nobility" titles

No, I have no say in what gets picked for the auctions that give you a custom title. I'm just tired of the crappy ones that have been appearing lately. I think we just had back-to-back "[name], the venomous defender of the flag" and "[name], the drunken defender of the flag." I can't be the only one who wants better titles to appear in the auctions. Try to keep it realistic. I'd totally bid on "[name], the idiot bitch fucker" but I'd rather see what everyone thinks is a fitting title for CRPG characters. Here's a few to get things rolling:

[name], slayer of hundreds

[name], defender of the faith

To be fair, titles are generated and harald did accept some ideas for titles (though not publicly) way back (hehe). If this gets anywhere, might be a good idea to bring it to harald's attention.

Not gonna lie, "Lord Jona, the drunken guardian of the flag" is a pretty great title, seeing how I play siege and only siege (if at all possible). However I agree, after just passing up on the "venomous guardian of the flag" title, the current one is kind of lame (if only because of poor timing). I just like this one a little more since anything with "drunken" as an adjective is 100 times better than all those others.

Still not gonna waste 300k or however much the average going price is for one of these titles.

Imo, the best thing to do with the titles of nobility, would be to sell them empty, and let the owner fill his own desired title.
Of course an admin would have to moderate the title before it could be used.

Custom titles are a perfect gold sink IMO. They give no actual advantage to the player who spends the gold, but if they are appealing enough people will still buy them. They're the vanity license plates of CRPG.
