Official uniform of The Caddy
In cRPG, a caddy or caddie is the person who carries an archers quiver and arrows, and gives insightful advice and moral support. A good caddy is aware of the challenges and obstacles of the battlefield being played, along with the best strategy in playing it. This includes knowing overall yardage, marker placements and arrow selection. A caddy is not usually an employee of a faction or castle. They are classified as an "independent contractor," meaning that he or she is basically self-employed and does not receive any benefits from his association with the faction. Some factions and castles do have caddy programs, although benefits are rarely offered. Particularly in Europe, the vast majority of factions do not offer caddies, and amateur archers will commonly carry or pull their own quivers.

Traditional caddying involves both the archer and the caddie walking the course. The caddy is in charge of carrying the player’s quiver, and walks ahead of the archer to locate his target and calculate the yardage to the target. This is the most common method used in factions and is the only method allowed in the PAA (Professional Archer Association). The three ups of caddying are show up, shut up, and keep up.
Fore-Caddying entails the caddie walking while the archers ride on donkeys. The fore-caddy will give a target description and then walk ahead to spot the archers shots. The caddie then gets the archers yardage (either with his eyes, course knowledge, or arrows in the ground) while the archers drive their donkeys from the spawn to their shots. The caddy walks ahead again to spot the archers next shots. This process is continued until the archers reach the flags. Once on the flags the caddie will read flags (if asked per proper archer etiquette), clean arrows (if asked), fix arrow marks, and attend the flag if asked. The caddie is also responsible for picking up arrows on the course. Caddies will help with castle selection, reading flags, weather variables, and marking arrows on the flags but should only do so if asked to by the archer. More than anything else, the caddy is there to make the archers round enjoyable by taking care of menial tasks, speeding up play, and providing mental support if asked.
When the archer runs out of ammo, the caddy must give the ultimate sacrifice for the good of the sport.

If you want to be recognized as a legitimate Archer/Caddy team post in this thread.

Strength:3
Agility:39
Weapon Master:3
Athletics:13
Power Draw:1

This is the official build of The Caddy, the athletics is needed if your Caddy is being deficient and needs to sprint to catch up to the archer, the PD is for some cowardly Caddies who do not wish to give there life to there Archer, these Caddies are known as Baddies.

That is one method, however the most common is suicide by archer, your archer will shoot you in the face to release your arrows, he proceeds to pick them up. We give our life for our archers.

what sort of sacrifice?

but you need to pick up a bow to drop all your arrows, and if the archer your supporting has a bow requiring more than 1 power draw its pointless

or is there a button now that lets you drop all your arrows?

When you drop your bow, it will drop all the arrows aswell. Cowardly Caddies chose this option

nope, purely just to avoid death, so you can drop the bow and arrows, otherwise only way is to be killed, True Caddies chose this great death.

Some would, they are the bottom feeder Caddies though, they do not deserve as much respect as true Caddies.

The Caddy may. Whatever the Caddy deems beneficial to the Archer is allowed.

Exactly the opposite, especially if you sacrifice your life so the archer may escape. If you escape and the archer does not, that is shamefur.

Greetings, I was wondering what should a aspiring female Caddy such as myself should wear? Is wearing the traditional Leiderhosen acceptable for females while Caddying, or should I be wearing a dress?

This is my first job as a Caddy I want to impress my employer as much as possible.

It is up to the Caddy what they wish to wear. Lederhosen offer great mobility, while dresses are good for distracting men. If you are a lesbian, go with Lederhosen.

Some questions I have considering my caddy

What if I have a bad caddy experience? Where do I report it to
If I have a good caddy experience is it proper to tip the caddy?
Can I become a caddy when I have a caddy?

If you have a deficient caddy you are not disciplining him well enough.
It is very proper to tip the Caddy.
If you have a Caddy character, you are already a Caddy.

Hilarious.

Caddies, very sportsmanlike conduct.  Great show of personal sacrifice and good humor.
I award caddies 100 points.

Dread, excellent wordplay and great display of clever ridicule.
I award griffondor 200 points.
