I was playing in Defend the Virgin, HRE Server, Yaragar map. I was playing well and had a K/D of like 80 kills and 5 deaths.
In the server I was handshaking with xXxSnip3rzxXx_ExoArmor and I kicked him as joke, but he was naked and died from the kick!
I was about to apologize but Kaldralinn kicked me out from server.
I rejoined and then told Kaldralinn what happened. He did not answer right away but later said, "Don't grieve on me, son."
I am not his son and he does not have the right to call me or anyone “son” or “kid.”
Shortly after, Kaldralinn then said "this map brings the worst of community up."
Who is he to judge people who want to play and have fun?
I answered, "Yes Kaldra I don’t see you often in other servers."
He banned me in that point. But for what reason???
Netz_Hre was there too, he can vouch for me. For fuck sake! How is it, that these kinds of people like Kaldralinn gets admin rights?
Then end up kicking and banning people whenever and for whatever reason they want!
As soon as one guy came to my defense, they got muted by Kaldralinn for simply asking, "why mikz got banned?"
First Kaldralinn said he banned me, "cause of leeching." Players still in the server said that I was not leeching.
Later on, Kaldralinn claimed I was banned, "for team killing."
So for God’s sake, remove this guy’s admin rights, and unban me!! Please.

You know the rules pretty well. So I acted and removed you. You rejoined and decided to grieve by insulting not with only that line you showed, but with an harder one, which you know very well.
Since the first warning wasn't obvious enough, I decided to give you some free time to think about that behaviour. You're free to play again today, since it was only 1 day. Meanwhile feel free to join the adminless server EU_7 and proceed with such endeavour.
After that, your clanmates went all mad at me, and had to get to the point of muting one of them for a brief period, which he apologized after for such.
The server was full, Yaragar map, several witnesses of the real "happening".
Kinda sad you had to resort to this kind of mediatic attention magnet process instead of first trying to talk with me or any other admin present (Netz p.e.), but I somehow understand problematic are hotheaded actions.
But there you go. Rules are rules. Could've been my closest friend or even a bloody NA/EU admin, the treatment would be the same. Smoothrich knows that very well.

Conquistador_Jack_el_loco, my clan member, asked why I got banned. 1st you replied "cause of leeching." But everyone in that server knows I wasn’t. You than changed your story and told jack a different reason, team killing. Jack than said "get your facts right," apparently you were offended by this and muted him so that he could no longer defend me. :) Well played. He only said two things: why I got banned and that you need to get your facts straight. I don’t see how this is can be perceived as going “…all mad at [you]…”
Everything I’ve written is true. I’m going to upload screenshots later to provide my proof.

Well, now I also take part here !
First thing is: "Leeching" wasn't the ban reason, just tell me how a player can leech in plate armor on the front of the fence on Yaragar, with being in the top of the scoreboard. (Well, afk is the keyword here).
Second thing: His teamkill on xXxSnip3rzxXx_ExoArmor. Okay it was a teamkill, but of course, its real great of you, not even to give him a change to apologize (It seems like on purpose, but I believe it was a accident, a weird looking one).
Third thing: "Insulting" was also no ban reason. There was no insulting, he just asked why you instantly kicked him after the teamkill. And this point here:

This is also great, yes we all really started to hate you (!!sarcastic!!), but ... uhm ... why you didn't banned us then? Just a mute? Why you didn't muted Mikz? !No ban needed!

Koldborn is a very good and forgiving/patient admin and to be honest thats the first ban I've seen him deal out, where had it been up to me, it would have been many more!
I guess its because of his kindness that now some try to take advantage of him.
If now you're attacking him like this for his actions, you should have someone like Thomek (no offense Thomek, I luv u) to be admin there, then you will come beg Koldborn to be admin again.

No need to rip him off his administration rights, he is good admin(too kind often). Even a Teamkill for zeh lulz should be punished as a normal TK on purpose, he was only doing his "job".

If player mistakes admin can kick or/and ban. If admin mistakes... There will be consequences too. You think he doesnt deserve consequences cause he is "Nice" and "Good"? False again :)
We talk about decisions and acts what we do. You werent there, so you dont know what happened.

Idling with 80/5 score is STILL leeching, no matter how you present it. You could have 300/0, but if you don't contribute for several waves - leeching.
Also, you intentionally teamkilled someone (Seriously, you know that kicking naked people DOES damage :)), and then you insulted Kaldra, which wasn't very smart :D
And I'm pretty sure Karasu was just enforcing server rules, he wouldn't be so harsh otherwise I believe/hope not

Thing is that I got banned cause of way too small reason. And its why this thread is here.

If he later says you were banned for leeching and teamkilling you shouldnt be crying that he says the wrong reasons. He banned you when you insulted him because he was nice to you when he only kicked you for leeching and teamkilling.

you were banned for teamkilling and insulting the admins, he said so when he was asked for the reason. that is also verified by the serverlogs. it is also the reason mentioned in a separate bansection on our forums. if he would add a quadrillion other reasons, i dont care as long as there is just 1 valid reason.
even if he did something wrong here, i wouldnt remove him from the admin team right away. it is just too hard to find good admins in the first place and the feedback from the playerbase is exaggerated anyways. they are always mentioned as good if they do what the players want and bad if they do their job.

Everyone will have a time when hes afk for a little bit too long maybe hes going to the bathroom or taking care of some clan bussiness if your annoyed by it just kick him dont fucking ban. And on top of that lemikz is a respected player who doesnt teamkill on purpose! (Maybe his own clan mates for fun but thats out of the question because sometimes we ask for it :P)

I was talking with other players at same time. It was just excuse for him to ban. If you check logs you can see that fact.
But of course you defend admin :) So what is the result? If player mistakes you kick and ban. Even if its not justified.
If admin mistakes, what is the result? Show it now. This was at least overreacting, check log to see the truth.

when playing you cant always immediately say sorry bacause youre PLAYING!! and leeching in plate armor come lemikz is smarter then that dont you think its stupid to leech in the most expensive armor on the marketv avaible sorry but i think this is bullshit and this is also a reason to start hating the crpg community. so unban him allready and concentrate on the people who really deserve to be banned.
On another point if you ban lemikz for these reasons ill be spamming the ban request forum from now on so prepare your anus for some more people to be banned ;D!!

I was there too.
All incidents have reasons which happened before itself. Conquistador guys were annoying Kaldralinn like saying him "Can i hit LeMikz?" and so on. Also they said this 5 or more times. Maybe this was the reason why he said to you "son" or "kid". Don't tell the story just your own angle. In my opinion, ban decision was true.
Permanent ban seems unfair but taking off admin rights is absurd.

This thread is here only cause we are looking if admin made a wrong judgement call. Points is not that does the ban lasts 1 day or 2 days
Point is that was there sense to make that ban. Was it mistake from admin, was it overreacting and based for facts or was it made just cause admin had that "mood".
As said, this admin said first that it was cause of "leeching" which wasnt true. I was 5th or 6th on scoreboard and by leeching it cant happen in yaragar map :)
2nd he said it was cause of teamkilling, which is not true cause I killed this man accidently and admin he kicked me cause of it.
Real reason is that he misreaded my msg what wasnt for him, and he banned :)

Every admin with some sense would ban you instantly for such an insult after he already kicked you for another offense. Btw, your screenshots do not say anything, they even show your insult.
This thread is more meant for some real shittalking cause you were pushed back into the corner and try to defend your "honour" now.

Go to pick up proofs man. :) As I told. First he blamed me leeching, 2nd team killing (cause everybody knew 1st thing was lie).
And respect admin? You are another rage admin, you got worst suddenly, I think some personal issue.. :)
You can see in those screens that I questioned and explained why I got kicked. If you dont see it it must be too hard for you no_rules :)
This admin blamed all players fools and he ironically called me "son" and others son and when I continue "son of bitch" he had excuse to ban.
YOu can clearly see that it wasnt Answer for him. Check it out again no_rules, if its not too hard for you, your respectful mr admin :)
We can prove here that 1st I didnt leech, 2nd when I teamkilled i was surprised and I apologized, I explained it wasnt meant to.
3rd what we can see is that there wasnt clear reason to ban

I questioned why he kicked me and explained what happened. And he called people in server fools, do you see it?
And he called me son, which im not. And I just continued playing with son word, you can see that it wasnt meant for him.
From log you can see that I talked with other players too. So dont let it fool you.

Let me clear the air, if I may.
LeMikz; my fellow clan member, leader, and friend, is a man of simple pleasures.
He likes to cycle, kick box, tell dirty sex jokes, and occasionally play cRPG with his friends. Yesterday he and a few of my other clan members joined “Defend the Virgin” in HRE’s server. Once there, they all played the way it was supposed to. Like many of us, they like to joke with their fellow clan members by either punching or kicking them around, I’m sure you all do this as well. In the midst of their jokes with each other, a naked man (xXxSnip3rzxXx_ExoArmor) came up to Mikz while holding an “up-block” the Universal sign for a “Sword Five” in DTV. They exchanged greetings, and because Mikz just finished kicking each of his teammates, Mikz kicked the naked man as well. Kicks do not one-shot naked players, the player must have already been hurt, Mikz had no way of knowing it. It was an honest mistake. One of the admins in the server by the name of “Kaldralinn” or “Koldborn” did their job and kicked the team killer out of the server. Mikz was about to apologize but was kicked from the server too quickly. This might be a direct result of the admin losing their patience because my clan members were indeed fooling around too much. Mikz later rejoined to ask why he was kicked and ended up disagreeing with the admin’s decision. After a few exchange of words, Mikz was later banned.
This thread was created because Mikz was having a good time with clan members and an unfortunate event caused him to be banned for a day. It is true that I was not in the server when this event happened, but several of my clan members (those that were there) and Mikz came directly to me for help. It is also true that Mikz “insulted” the admin, as is evident of the screenshots Mikz posted himself. I've known Mikz for a while now, and I see that in the posted screenshots he commented, “Son of a bithc .D.” Usually, when Mikz adds a smiley face a.k.a. “:D” he is being sarcastic. But as we all know, sarcasm cannot immediately be recognized when written down. It also does not help that Mikz failed at his attempt in the above comment.
I am here to apologize for my clan member’s misbehavior and guarantee the entire cRPG community that this will not happen again amongst our higher ranked. I am also here to apologize for this thread as it is a result of rage, unfortunately. But who wouldn't rage after being banned when friends are playing and when your fun is ruined?
This needs to end now, and if the two parties could apologize to each other, we can get back to our cRPG lives.
On behalf of the Conquistadors I apologize.

That's nice of you, but it's him who should apologise, not someone else. The purpose of the thread was to harm and discredit the admin, similarly to what I did (http://forum.meleegaming.com/spam/bring-the-admin-abuse-section-back-nao!/) a long time ago. It was childish and rude.

Even though Ermax action is itself understandable, seeing a guild-mate having to apologize for his Faction Leader behavior is simply embarrassing and shameful for the whole faction.
This feels like a complete kindergarten. I wonder what's taking so long for a simple Forum Moderator to lock this sad show.
