Huscarl_Paulin scamed me!!!
I loaned him 150k and a Well bred destrier. He promised me that after we completed the trade he would pay me 550 k Gold. But he didnt answer me in any kind after the trade was finished he went off steam and seems to be refusing to give me my 550k Gold which he promised me. He said after 1-2 trades he had to do id recive the gold.
I request his global ban since i am certain this mod shouldnt support scammers and punish rightfull players for trusting dickheads in addtion i want back my lost valubles.

Why should i have any copies of messages like i awaited being robbed and even if there is not enough proof to get him banned i want atleast my stuff back you should be able to sseee in the market that he gave me only a straw hat

Cruel is only a question of the perspective of the people apart from that i guess its alot easier for you to contact him ,then for players like me isnt it your duty as admin to help to us being admin is a little job not a title ,which use to show off i just beg some to help me and not to troll me ,because i have atleast a little trust left in the people and because off where the deal happend it doesnt matter ,since i dont have a screens to prove that these agreements have been made ,it should be suspicious that i traded these amount only for a strw hat and ofc it is only the first part of our agreemt ,which paulin does seem to want to complete.

I am not trolling you by any means. You just have to show some proof if you want us to do something. How else should we know if your stroy is true or not? As said before you should talk to Meow if you want your items back. This should be the fastest way for you.

If you guys spoke over Steam, the newest version allows you to to view a recent conversation with a person. You could screen shot that.

Can't use a screenshot as real proof here, such a screen is easy to forge, and you wouldn't even need to shop it, just have a guy open a steam account, pick the same name as the other guy, pick the same avatar, and then write it.

idk, if what paulin says its true, there is no problem at all. if you gave him your stuff, he cant be blamed for having them.

Dear no rules just play your forum name is nearly fitting for this topic but netherless i think saying you cant blame someone for what he calls ,,his`` own is kinda wrong this makes it easy for others to start same monkey buisness and i think forums are fulled up enough we have stop these kind of people from thinking its just and please dont protect him i think it is wrong defeding anyone if you havent got a clue what really happend this is of course no offence against you i just want people to be neutral and think before they write things

If you do business outside the c-rpg messaging system, it's your word against his. Always take a screenshot of deals or simply send them a message on the site, asking to confirm your deal. Admins can then check those.
And in the first place, it's best not to do non-standard deals with people you don't explicitly trust.

Deserving, per my definition, is doing something stupid with no precautions then falling flat on your face.
edit: Benkei, this is a ban request for scumming. The transaction will probably be reversed, but the question whether the dude should be banned for scumming.

It wasn't a scam.. Timeus gave it as a gift to Paulin. He gave the gift because in mercenaries he said he will never touch cRPG again and will give away his money to Paulin, so he did. Now it obviously seems like he's regretting this gift and IF he is he should man up and ask Paulin instead of trying to get his money back in a dirty way like "scamming."
Sorry, if interfering but I was playing mercenaries during this and I don't know if I'm "directly" involved, but I am a witness.

I've seen this episode on juge judy 100x.
Its a gift no it's a loan blah blah blah. without evidence from either party she always rules in favor of the plaintiff. Give the items back and stop being a jerk. Even if it was a gift, he wants it back now so just give it back. If it wasn't a gift then you are a real tool.
At any rate, this is an obvious just give it back scenario. Judge Judy knows best.

Considering the fact that your last post that isn't in this thread was almost a year ago Paulin's story seems a lot more accurate unless you have some kind of proof.
