Polearms guy, but I really only use it because I insist on using axes and the 2h axe animations are physically impossible. Kills my immersion. To that end, I really only use the long war axe.
Nerf:I mean, for what I do, I think its stats are fine... faster, balanced and less grizzly version of the 2h axes, no? There are much "stronger" weapons I could choose, so I'm sort of nerfing myself already in the name of style.
Buff: improve polearm animation reach - there are too many cases where 2h ends up being longer than polearms in actual use, which is clearly against the game's design.

Raw damage(without armor) isn't randomised much, it's between 90 and 100%. For both armor soak and reduction calculation, the armor value gets a good chunk of randomness with being between 45 to 100% of the shown value. It's Native and not changed yet with WSE as far as I know.

Buff hitboxes or whatever you all them , i sometimes miss enemy and i literaly see that my weapon goes through him.That is one sick motherfucking evil sorcery i tell you! Also some damage buff would be nice because come on, it is giant axe on full speed coming towards your head.

I am probably alone in being a 2h user who hates the stab animation. It looks so weird and i think i have always hated the "hanging in the air" part of it.
I want the halfsword animation instead, like a langes messer gets when in 2h mode. Or at least the choice to change it permanently!
Id use the langes but having to switch weaponmode all the time makes me really annoyed.
The hanging in the air part of it is what gives it atleast some fairness, if you miss, you get hit. Bitch.

Buff: Ammunition, I do believe that 4 throwing lances filling all slots is just bullshit, in my opinion their stats should in general be slightly nerfed but the throwing lances per stack should be doubled (so 4 slots=8 lances). Make all changing from one weapon mode to another a lot faster.
Nerf: Speed bonuses need heavy adjustment for all ranged, there need to be some form of ceiling, I've been fighting HAs a lot, who survived two throwing lances (yes, one hit the heel, the other hit the arm, but fuck), because they were always riding away, some of the biggest my old friends around were riding coursers and just always riding away from what was shooting at them and they could take the hits a plated charger would die from, it should still be there but it should be capped somewhere along the line (in my opinion the ideal max speed bonus for ranged should be somewhere inbetween, both negatively and positively 25-50%, as I've always found it beyond silly that a plated 27/15 9IF tincan gets onehit off his destrier if he's riding towards me but a 15/24 HA in a deli outfit survives two lances while already being harder to hit due to riding away. ).
And damage our horses if we suck so hard at riding that we hit fences!
for buffs, i would add, a better accessibility to the class, high pt, riding and HA skill is required just to throw 4 lancesEh, the only agibased skill that's really important beyond 4 is wm for a ht imo.
