...your friend shows you new dishes and you say "Whoa, is that +2 plate?"
...the car infront of you drives 30km/h slower than normal and you say to yourself "Why take 6 riding when you use that crap?"
...an old person walks infront of you and you just cant go around and mumble "Damn str builds, MOVE!"
I'm sure we all had some RL crpg thoughts/comments/ideas...let's hear them

I play too much, or i am too high, when i feel sad for killing peasants.
It brought a tear to my eye not once, twice... but, but a lot of times...
-
...you just ate one of better pizza out there and think to yourself "This almost feels as good as that time I chambered Kingrimm"
-
...when you ask to a pretty nice girl to follow you and see your awesome collection of masterwork items.
-
When your brain wants you to pres shift/zoom so you can see better
-
... you walk down the street and feel the urge to look back if there is cav incoming from behind.
... you drive your bike through the park and imagine left-slashing the next passers-by with the heavy part of your bike lock.
-
My girlfriend and I incorporate voice commands into our everyday conversation.
"I am opening the fridge!"
"I am deploying lettuce!"
-
When I walk down the street and think of how much someone has armor on it.
And If I see someone with a fur jacket, I find that I ask myself - what kuyak is this - light or heavy?
-
I sometimes randomly do an attack animation irl acting as if im holding & swinging a weapon
Thank god no one knows what im on about when i do suh things
-
...when you wake up with a following thought: "Naked peasant is 1 point"
-
Once I was gonna jump down from maybe 2 meters, and for a second I was worried because fall damage was buffed.
Luckily I haven't had any other effects IRL, but when playing other games I constantly try to press the look-arund button
-
...you randomly shout voice commands and expect people to get the joke

DEFEND THE STAIRS!
-
When whipping people with pool noodles, you use the game's blocking system... left, up, right, and down. Especially when you try to add some chambers.
-
Has nothing to do with cRPG, but I sometimes want to quick load if I've done something really stupid or messed something up. :D
-
...when you see a crowd on the street and count them as an enemy squad, because they have no emblems over their heads
-
... When you try switch modes with your kitchen knife
-
When you try to chamber block a knife with your fists as a mugger attacks you.

Or when you try to downblock an incoming stab attack in a knife fight...

That's the problem of virtually any subculture. People around you IRL won't get the jokes.

Holy shit, I was just gonna post how this happened to me when I first started playing. Glad to see I'm not the only paranoid schizophrenic around town!
-
At work someone hit me with the door on their way out. I tried to press M.
-
When you use cheap clothes to get lower upkeep.
When you try to find out what multiplier you got.
-
Luckily I haven't had any other effects IRL, but when playing other games I constantly try to press the look-arund button
i swear to god! hahahahahha  got it aswell

...when you kick an old lady down the stairs while shooting 'ZIGZAG YOU STUPID CUNT'
...when you play 'Dikke Bertha' (fat bertha*) and as soon as the signal to start is given, you sprint out of the row of teammates to crash through the row of 'defenders' with your teammates 10 meters behind you (i actually do this)
*dikke bertha: some people are standing on a football field, at one side of the field (behind a line) stands a full group of people that has to cross that field. when the defenders (in the middle of the field) manage to stop a person and can tilt them up (so not a single body part is touching the ground), that person has to go stand in the field with the defenders to stop the next wave. the last person that can make it to the other side of the field wins.

Not so much with regards to cRPG, but since I play a lot of online games with uni friends under my name, I often get called Tenne instead of my real name when I'm out, nine times out of 10 I don't bat an eyelid about it either however other people find it odd. (For this reason alone I try my best to call them by their real names while on teamspeak)
I'm sure that happens to a lot of you who play with mates you see in real life too.
Otherwise a recurring joke with a close friend refers to wishing I had admin powers in real life, to ban chavs etc.

Its a bit uncomfortable for me to hang out with fellow my old friends in real life cause they call me Gnjus which is not really nice to hear for people around us in public places.

lol I'm sure, hearing some people pronounce it is uncomfortable at times as well, regardless of it's meaning!
