I want to use Scottish Sword so i have to get 7str first.
Level 30 (4 420 577 xp)
Strength: 7
Agility: 33
Hit points: 42
Skills to attributes: 10
Ironflesh: 0
Power Strike: 2
Shield: 0
Athletics: 11
Riding: 0
Horse Archery: 0
Power Draw: 0
Power Throw: 0
Weapon Master: 8
One Handed: 173
Two Handed: 1
Polearm: 1
Archery: 1
Crossbow: 1
Throwing: 1
Is 11 athletics worth those 20 wpf more I would get if i went 9str/30agi?
-
Of course.

In my experience wpf doesn't really matter at all. Personally, I'd go 9/33. 3 IF/PS 11 ATH 111 1h wpf. That one point of powerstrike will do more than all that wpf.

+62 WPF is actually a 9.3% damage increase, unless I'm grossly miscalculating something here.

You ain't.
I know that WPF helps to get the top end of damage output.

Yeah...but those 6-7 points you put into WM isn't worth the 9% increase...1 point of PS is already 8%.

In the end it's a tough call, then, huh?
Either go for more damage and less health, or less damage and more health?
Agility builds are prone to get one-shotted by just about anyone anyway, but that 8 or so HP can be the difference between surviving a hit or not. On the flipside, Agility builds need all the damage they can get to ensure they don't glance...
1.3% damage or 8 HP...

Awesome build, good luck with it and the scottish sword ;) I can recommend 4/33 or 4/36 using a wakizashi too, good fun! And yes, 1 athl is worth the 20 less wpf.
