You can't maths. o_O

At most 60 ticks an hour (somehow ignoring loading times though also balanced out by the first tick coming at 30 seconds then one every 60 after) at ten hours at 5000 max XP per tick that is three million XP.

Even if you have an x5 the entire time, you still will not be able to retire in 10 hours.

As Tears said, at x5 max is somewhere around 300k-360k per hour. You'll need whole day at constant x5 to retire.

Wanna do the maths?

Let's say x5. Around 8,700,000 xp needed

gen 1:
1000 xp per tick, 5000 if x5

8,700,000 : 5,000 : 60 = 29 hours

gen 16:
1450 xp per tick, 7250 if x5

8,700,000 : 7,250 : 60 = 20 hours

It's often less on battle, because you get 2 ticks for the first minute so you probably save up to an hour.

Gen 16 can retire in 20 hours of x5? Sweet. Wait... why would a gen 16 need to retire?

Le sigh.
