I would like to request an apology for how you acted in my faction's TS last night. You came in insulting me and my clan mates by saying things such as "Are you brain dead or just trying to fuck with us?" (I corrected this so it flows better in English) and other very rude things. You also threatened to march armies up to the Fiddle Gee Bee lands to destroy us. This doesn't sound very friendly for someone who is supposed to be helping the northern coalition.
All of this came from me attacking an Occitan by accident, being as the dude had your clan tags but didn't actually belong to any faction in Strategus. I haven't even heard of Occitan being active in Strategus still, other than when it was brought up that you guys were fighting for the Union in several battles (here (http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=battlesparticipated#!?page=battleroster&id=2948), here (http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=battlesparticipated#!?page=battleroster&id=3251), and here (http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=battlesparticipated#!?page=battleroster&id=3157)). Now I know that you guys are still moving around and doing stuff. It was my mistake, and I'm sorry for that, but you could have easily handled this in another more polite way. Such as asking if it was possible to cancel the attack and since it wasn't, to retreat at the start of the battle. Instead you chose to be rude and impolite. Through your choices, I've decided to make this choice and call you out on it here and ask for an apology.
I still plan on retreating from the battle being as you have allies that can speak politely and ask for something civilly.

Communication breakdown, It's always the same!
Hey man, just keep in mind that sudden surprises, especially as an attack from someone we consider a friend, can definitely fray nerves and get people on edge. Sounds like this was all a simple mistake, so please don't take resulting statements too seriously. In the future though, before actually attacking someone you think is no longer active in strat, I would recommend getting a confirmation of said inactivity from a reputable source so that this kind of communication breakdown can be avoided in the future.
War is coming, and we cannot let this kind of dispute interfere with NA's drive for unity.

Im glad you are doing this that way and beind rude by posting on forum. To give you a bit information im the most active clan in na those day and been present to a lot of battle against union BTW historicly union use to be our trading partner in the past and we had agrement of mercing each other for battle. Since Na decide to united and was scare of Eu invading na. Occitan---------------part of hospitaller faction on strat decide to drop their trading partner....and support na comunity and also some EU faction as TEMPLAR TURK MERC Cotg HRE(for the one who still doing something) wolves(for the one still doing something). So you really should at first that attacking someone with a tag even if its not in his proper faction to just do not fuck with him. That kind of act will get you in trouble . I'm sorry that I didn't remember any Occitan being in the meetings a few weeks back when the northern coalition was working out plans and such, so I wasn't aware you were even part of this. (No one even brought up your name) - maybe you could have sent a simple message like "Hey dude, we're actually helping out the rest of the northern coalition, can you cancel the battle or just retreat from it when it starts?", but no, you just get pissed off and start throwing around threats about coming and destroying my faction and our lands and random other bullshit. I had no clue that you should act like this during a mistake with people you are working with (now that I know you are part of this whole group).
And you all just come off as rude - maybe it's a translator issue (being as there is broken english), but still. Damn.
Also, I'm not trolling here. I want an honest apology. So call me a troll, say that you don't even know who I am or who my faction is, or whatever else you feel like saying. I thought you would be more mature about all of this, my mistake.

So, after reading through this thread, I typically don't weigh in on these sorts of matters.
Occitan, FIDLGB, I like both of you guys, I like both Factions, and I like most of the members apart of the clans.
That said, Rhalzo apologized for mistaking your man as an enemy. He has already taken the correct steps to make amends and make sure that you lose nothing or see that this was a sign of aggression. He simply asked you to apologize, or at the very least speak reasonably about what happened so that you guys could better understand where and how you both sit.
It was an accident, and though I side with Rhalzo, I understand why you are upset. But Arowaine, come on man, it's not that big of a deal. To throw a fit, then come on the forums as a leader of your clan and look silly acting the way you did is not a good reputation to send out to the rest of the community as to who Occitan is, and then the rest of your lot coming in and causing just as much of a stir.
It's a simple mistake. Occitan -wasn't- at the Meeting of the North, though you were invited. Your superiors or whatever you want to call them (Hospitaller) was there, and I don't think that Rhalzo understood Occitan and Hospitaller had combined factions on Strategus. Let Bygons be Bygons and settle it here without the need for stupid harsh and aggressive words to be exchanged. We already give enough to EU to laugh at about our relations here in NA, why add fuel to that fire?
I hope we can just let this rest, let it go, and move on. Rhalzo has already attempted to make it right, he just wants some form of an apology or at least your understanding that it -was- an accident.
