got pollbanned by badplayer. I was fighting serge with sylven and it was 100% unprovoked.
I suggest his admin powers removed (if he still have them) and him banned for AT LEAST 24hours since he should know better.
I'd post screenshots but well, got kicked out of the game ^^ (edit: you can always check serverlogs i guess, it's ~14:10 EST)

i just did what everyone else was thinking of doing.
(if i deserve a ban w/e but ban polls shouldn't be turned on anyway because people are of course gonna do things like this whether they are valid or not)

Aderyn, you mad that over half the server doesn't wanna sit and watch you lose for 3 minutes because you run from everything? You make over 50 people have a BAD TIME. Bad player comes to the rescue and you ask to ban him? Honestly, I wish we could perm ban people who play like such utter vaginas. Think about contributing to the fun in the battle server not making it less fun.
If over half the server agrees you are wasting our time or delaying, it shouldn't matter what the hell was going on because you pissed off so many people for your own e-peen

Half the server is on the opposite team, i'm not suprised they are angry that i'm shooting their last surviving member. Now stop posting in a thread that does not concern you. ^^

Aderyn, I'm only 6 ath, nt. What I care about is sitting for 2-3 minutes when its 2v1 or 1v1 because you want to run. Apparently over half the server agrees as we saw by the kick. You make NA 1 less fun to be in, THE PLAYERS SPOKE. Grow some balls and maybe people won't want you kicked/banned.

No actually, a lot of people respect him on horse xbow because he has BALLS. He doesn't keep outta everyone else's range, he comes in and puts himself at risk which demands respect, something you don't. If he just rode away shooting over his shoulder the whole time I would agree. Your play style results in an entire server sitting and watching your boring delaying ass.

well the difference is rohypnol can win vs shielders and the like alot. when you are against someone in full plate with 2shields as an archer its just gf.
i mean this happened multiple rounds too, first time its just annoying but second time it's like welp this is just gonna happen every round so i manned up.
no regrets.

Rohy is almost the same. He just has a horse and can run away quickly so it looks like he has balls. Meh. I'm just hating on him because he tked me for reporting him when he ran over me with his horse at the start of the match.

Do you have any proof of him running away with no Weapon? I know first hand that he does carry a melee weapon on him. If you have no proof you shouldent of done the ban pole against him expecialy when there was still two players on the field.

When its 50 vs 50, then yes, 50 players are annoyed at Aderyn because he is most likely going to make those 50 lose their multi.
I know when Im on Aderyns team I have a good time watching. When Im not on his tem, I laugh at my teammates trying to kill him.
Lighten up, he did nothing wrong.

I'll check the server logs as soon as they're available and as long as he is fighting and not hiding in some corner of the map the entire round or just running to purposefully grief the serve he isn't delaying.
I'd also suggest anyone else who's posting that isn't involved to get out of this ban thread so basically anyone who isn't an admin or badplayer and aderyn.
Badplayer just because ban polls are on doesn't mean they should be abused but you do further the point they should be turned off.( not saying you poll abused) although I know aderyn is quite a fast footed archer who kites everyone so I can understand why a poll was placed on him. However he probably was actively fighting the same way rohy would if it came down to a 1v1 and it's well known that is not delaying.
Aderyn it would really help your case if you had a screenie or maybe sylven has one?

I ban polled cause if I didn't it probably would have happened the next round too and everyone was sick of it, it gets annoying ya know?
If you wanna ban me fair enough the ban poll was technically against the rules I guess but I don't see any reason to leave ban polls on other than for situations like this where someone is doing something that isn't exactly against the rules but that most people on the server don't like.

i watched him do this.. and everyones aware it isnt the first time. he runs out and makes everyone wait while hes chased around the entire map "trying to pick up arrows". im sorry but if you HAVE a melee weapon, and insist on running around to find arrows just kiting for +2 mins every round after you've run out.. that isnt delaying??? the day before this he had MORE than one map's timer end because he was looking for arrows again. this is honestly a problem.

when Rohy runs out of bolts he immediately lets the other team finish the round. i've been on countless draws with aderyn, and many times hes on my team and that doesnt make me any happier, this isnt just a play style many dont like, it shouldnt be allowed.. if you see an area with a few arrows sure pick them up if youre out, its why you can at all.. that doesnt mean avoid using your other weapon to run from point a to point z in a map to find more arrows while 50+ are waiting for the next round. sure maybe hes not doing it to troll but that doesnt make it right.

We will review the logs when they are uploaded tomorrow. Admins please turn off ban polls when you can. Shik please disable ban polls from coming back on every day. Running away with no arrows being chased by shielders for minutes at a time is borderline griefing and delaying, try considering how the rest of your team feels sometimes when you force everyone's repair chance to go up by drawing out 1x ticks. Badplayer just use kick polls, not ban polls.
I wouldn't necessarily deem this poll ABUSE, but I will ban BADPLAYER for an hour for fairness, unless the logs paint a different picture. I will ban him now.

I think I stopped playing by the time badplayer poll kicked him, but aderyn was doing this every round for multiple maps. It seemed as though everyone (outside of hosps) was veryannoyed with him.
As for the comparison to Roh, the change in the way MOTF works seems to imply that the devs do believe that kiting like that as the last one alive is delaying/not aloud.

I tried to tick the hour box up by 1 to make it an hour long ban, and instead made BADPLAYER banned until 2021.

OP and another archer were fighting some heavy armour guy. Both had arrows and bows, they were setting up a nice crossfire to kill the tank. Badplayer called a poll so his/my team would not lose to two archers. Poll passed, his/my team won.
