If you want the best armor you gotta find something in between the light an medium fx. heavy kuyak or sarranid gaurd armor couple that with some heavy gloves and voila you have the best armor to weight ratio gear setup imho.

as for the best looking heavy armour, well...beautiful model, beautiful texture, it can only be the Heavy Plate Armor :wink:

In all seriousness I do like the Churburg Cuirass, don't see enough of them on the battlefield in my opinion.

Anything is possible. There is heraldic brigandines and padded cloth on Mercmb mod, why cant we have a heraldic gambeson? I imagine they just replace the texture with something the matches your banner and still has the look of the gambeson and boom, heraldic gambeson

EDIT: welp I was wrong... THEY DO HAEV ONE!

And to be fair, their heraldic brigandine and the likes do look pretty damn nice.
