So, once upon a time a little kid (not actually a little kid but lolz) named Zlisch (which isn't my real name) was playing cRPG when a nasty person named Thomek with lack of style told Zlisch to give him oral sex, when Zlisch refused and called him swedish (swedish is NOT an insult, thinking swedish is an insult is racist to swedish people and racism is wrong therefore the one guy defending Thomeks decision on muting me due to this due to Thomek considering swedish as an insult (racist admin, awesome idea, huh) post is invalid) poor innocent Zlisch got threatened and later muted... so, later that day Zlisch was on EU_3 with an alt to duel with his (no longer) friend Ubeapa, Zlisch noticed Thomek on the server and said something like I dunno "Thanks for muting me you swedish piece of shit.", also made a few comments like "lol, 90% of the chat I see is Teeth raping Thomek", shit like that... then in the middle of a duel with Ubeapa Thomek kicks me, I return to server really pissed off and tells him to suck his swedish dads cock. Then go on to duel further only to get interrupted by a 24h ban from that loser...

I've bitched about him on the servers and it seems I'm not the only one thinking Thomek should be stripped of his admin rights (Volky seems to approve). Heck I'd rather have a grey who has been perma'd for loomstealing from another player and goten a new key or even Panos (tbh he actually seems like a nice enough guy and I doupt he'd abooze it as much as the clan ninja my old friendmins) as an admin than Thomek.

Thomek has before not given a damn or shown the least amount of interest (despite my complaining in "I" chat) to a random ban poll made by  a guy claiming the other player was autoblocking... I did not ask Thomek to punish the poller infact all I said (repediatly) was that he should notify him that autoblockers will get caught and perma'd and that polling them is however against the rules...

So I guess, what I'm trying to say here is, Thomek is not a good admin and should be removed... Shik told me to bother cmp about it but I decided to post it here instead.
Also, I'd like to say thanks to whichever admin decided to delete all Ubeapa's posts defending me and mute him for "spamming in ban section" when all his posts were relevant, unlike Bjords and atleast one other guys... heck they even deleted all other relevant posts he'd made in Thomeks thread for no apparent reason leaving only him telling Bjord he likes swedish meatballs. (did Ubeapa just admit he was gay here (please note this is purely the not serious part of my post and that I'm not a hater or a homophobic jerk irl or in cRPG, heck my main is another male chars bitch, that gotta mean I'm tolerant)? I'd make a poll about it but I'd rather not have this be moved to spam section and I don't know how too.)

TL;DR: Support unadmining Thomek and you'll have the ability to win a prize consisting of anything inbetween 1 and 10000k cRPG gold.  :mrgreen:

All admins should be stripped of their powers and replaced by randoms players selected at random by some random out of a hat draw or something. This should happen once every month. Crpg just got a little big better/funner.

I have never been banned in any game ever. Why? Because I don't poke the bear, and can have fun without breaking rules or starting trouble (or I am a God at getting away with it). Even with so-called badmins or corrupt mods, I have never landed in trouble.

Keep your mouth shut and don't cause fights with Admins, and you won't get bitch slapped.

In my experience, this is an extremely easy thing to do...

I first actually started throwing cuss words at him after he muted me for calling him swedish (damnit, the one time I need bjord's postability to agree with being swedish not being an insult he's muted), he had before I called him anything told me to suck his ****... and even if I was 'asking for a ban' then does that justify an admin breaking a server rule (insulting, which I technically did break too I guess)? That's like sayin' if I hit randomdude once two times after he intentionally th's me with his flameberge I should be perma'd and everyone should agree that due to my actions AFTER his breaking of the rules what he did BEFORE was 100% justifiable...

What I have said may have been wrong, but that does not change the fact that Thomek committed the same rulebreaking as me, but before me, and should therefore be punished accordingly, like me.

I acknowledged that thread in my original post, I was extremely enraged at that time, but all I said there was true (well, I shortly after posted that I was banned for insulting him but someone deleted that post), I guess there was the reason that I insulted him, but when he starts the shit I don't consider that a reason, and since the reason is being insulting yet he insulted me earlier Thomek does totally not deserve any punishment and I'm the hypocrite? All posts my friend made defending me which I may have had some influence over were deleted, he was muted for spam (his posts were 100% relevant to the thread).

I remember a while ago when it was just me and another guy left on our team, I was on a roof shooting with a crossbow and my team mate was down on the ground. Anyhow the enemy team were spamming "get down from the roof" and I said "No, my team mate is on the ground". So anyhow I kept shooting them whilst they were whining, until they killed my team mate, to which thomek INSTANTLY said " get down now or kick", I was mid reload when he said it and was planning to jump down once reloaded, when I finished reloading and started to run towards to the edge to jump down, he kicked me from the server, giving me no chance to even carry out his request, even though it was I had planned on doing already.

Thomek has from what iv seen always been good at moderating and to pull him for some hothead like Zlisch seems like selling the community short when we need active affirmative moderators.

You actually have to take all the crap that comes with the position for pretty much nothing and still makes sure we can enjoy the game.  Id never want to do it myself, to much stress.

Anyhow, I hope you don't get discouraged, I think most people like the way you moderate Thomek.

Heck that happens Leesin, when you go into the menu to kick someone you cant keep track if someone is going to jump down, you just have to be quick when its Thomek hehe. Hardly enough to boot a moderator for thou or no one would be left to moderate a server :P. Id rader this mishap happen once in awhile then waiting for ages on someone who is stalling the game for real because all the moderators where booted for crap reasons.

Think of the Internet police as real life police. They don't care what you're doing as long as you're not breaking the law, and when you are breaking the law, and they catch you, you don't abuse them, it makes things worse...

I'm pretty sure that Thomek will have had a previous run-in with you that he didn't act on and therefore thought to just stop it dead before anything escalated. We've had this problem before in the community, admins are human and they back decisions based on the information they have, be that previous dealings, their sensory functions, life so far or even what they had for lunch. There might have been some mistakes made in what happened, some lax information but at the end of the day you didn't help your case even slightly with your abuse. Diplomacy is the best way to go about something like this.
I would be much happier to explain to someone why they were muted/banned and be more willing to forgive if they talk in a reasonable manner and actually have a willingness to find out what they did wrong and how to avoid it than just jumping straight to the "omg abuse" button. I'm sure Thomek would feel the same way as with other admins.

Thomek for the most part does a good job at policing the servers, he might be more strict than others but we all have our differences and that's what makes things better. Personally, I'm far more likely to extend a ban for "a non diplomatic approach to a situation" than others. Like all of us, we make mistakes, you have made a mistake in thinking this would help anything so learn from it and move on.

+1 to unadmin Thomek, because 1) much time he just abuse, and he never warned players before ban/kick. 2) he dont follow any rules, but common sense( i think his common sense is bad and egoistic) 3) he spend not much time for very long period in game, and allways when he is in, he make all this shit.

I hope we have more good admins like Meow, he tried even archer to know about what people cry, he allways take care and no abuse, he follow rules, he help with marketplace. Meow for president, and Thomek to trash !

1st. for admins we don't have the option to do a personal mute. It's global or no mute. Also I can't allow someone to harass an admin in public, even if I don't care about it myself. That would quickly lead to more people following your example. You know how internet is, and you have seen neglected mp games detoriate. No one wants to admin if one get's a shitstorm for no reason. Remember, we're doing this for you and everyone else to have a nice and smooth crpg experience.

Other than that I can tell you that I won't be the one giving you a permaban, and if you don't smarten up and stop spamming, harassing people that perma will come naturally.

And I didn't mute you in the ban section.. By now you should have developed some kind of sensibility for where the borders are.

B. are people I know ain't gonna go crazy over it and will be able to see some fun in it...
