Please explain to me how I am banned? I am very confused here and have never done anything to be banned for. Lansamur can vouch for this.

Sry, i messed up the order of the screenshots. On the 2nd one you are on the white team and on the first (The one i took later that round) you are on the Green Team and you did that by exploiting the balance. This is bannable for several months now.
And yes, this is fucking on the topic, so don't you dare to warn me!

how did i manage that? I have no idea how to do that so please explain how I could have done that.....

If you see the teams there is a large number of ppl on the second screen shot. The only way this could have happend is when I quit because I retired and started back into the game as a pesant. The entire time I had x1 soooo yeah not sure what going around the balance is but if you get banned by retiring and geting into the game again there are some serious issues...

Lol. That could explain this, yeah. If it's true (And i guess admins could take a look into that?) i am really sorry. I was just looking through the screenshots i took today and i saw you switching to the other team.
And btw, it was the exact same round, stupids. Take a look at the teams and take a look at the clans. On the next round those 22nd-guys would have been on one team and many others were switched. Don't even try to use that excuse. But Dlion could be right.
Oh, and Grey tried it many times to get on the other team, so i waited a minute and poof, suddenly he appears on the team he wanted. Not that innocent to me, i guess.

First I'd like to state that I am a litte bit upet at being banned. I have played this game on and off for about 3 years in the last few weeks I have spent mostly on siege since I started back up. I have seen the adm Ant_RandomDude a few times on siege and have not really had an opinion until this point. I do recall him stating he was going to crack down hard on ppl and not be nice but that did not really affect me. I wish some research had been done before I was banned because I was not intentionally trying to do any exploit.
Fips I do appreciate what you did because I am not a fan of ppl doing exploits or things they shouldn't. The entire time I have played the game I have not done anything that should get me banned... with the exception of hitting an archer with a throwing axe in the face from 50 meters and call him my bitch that was un-called for but felt good lol. I do wish you would have talked to Pue_Hre since him and I go back to his Guard days and I consider him a friend who would back up what I say. Personally I dont see whats in your screen shots that got me banned, but again I havent played since we were all doing tournaments and am un-aware of what the new ban able offense are.
I do know that Guard_Lansamur and Guard_Tennoth both have adm privileges and can back up my character when I say I was not trying to do any exploit in the game. I hope this gets resolved quickly so I can get back!

Well dlion i have to say that out of all of the ppl i banned from this post I was most uncertain about yourself.
I spoke to jacko on irc about it as he'd already banned ppl because of SS in this thread and I wanted his opinion.
The time between you being on one team and then being on the other is a couple of minutes so I came up with several ideas that might explain it.
Believe me id rather just play the game than ban ppl left right and centre.
What was it that caused you to be on a different team than the one you started in that round?

Checked Dlion - He's lvl 11 now, so his explaination looks very valid in this case. Reached lvl 31, retired, left server, came back again some minutes later and got into the other team. At the very least I can vouch for D to never have behaved out of order in any possible way. It's Random's ban though, I will not interfere with his decision.

It appears that Dlion has been unbanned, and rightfully so.
If I may, Fips, you have been collecting screenshots over the past couple of weeks of exploiters in the siege balance, that is fantastic and you're doing a great service to the community but if possible, in the future, to make things more clear, obtain a screenshot of the players in question in spectate at a significant difference in the time because we only have those screenshots to go by. It's a request, just so things are clearer.

Firstly, sorry for getting Dlion banned, but the chance of screenshotting someone who just retired is pretty low, so i didnt really thought of that =P
Secondly, i know you want those requests to be as clear as possible and i could do that by just making a video, but it's a pain in the ass to upload even short videos with only 5kb upload per second^^
So yeah, i can only go by screenshotting, although it's not always showing 100%. But thanks for the advice, anyway. =)

See now I am worried about this, since I have been un-banned today I have been disconnected 3 times...:/ And I re-connect and join but if I am on the other team is this another banable offense? Do I need to wait until the round is up now before I join a team? I am confused now.... I thought if you quit the game and come back you dont have a multiplyer anyway soooooo?
No hard feelings Pips and thanks RandomDude for un-banning me.

Well if you disconnect cos of a fail in the connection and then you come back in to the server i'd say you are more than safe from bans cos the server will show you completely leaving and re-joining in the logs = non-bannable. It's those who join spec on round one if they start as defense and during round one switch to attack that we are looking out for. It's also been established in this thread that you are a stand up guy and an honest citizen of cRPG so, no-ones looking to get you out there afaik ;)

Yeah i had misgivings about banning dlion because of the lapse in time.
I decided to ban first and wait to see what he had to say.
Like I said in pm to Dlion (you probably havent read it yet) I think I should send a forum pm with a link to a particular ban post, and wait for an explanation before I act on it.
