Title: [market] Add "offered money" now when there's a limit of offers

As the title says, add the possiblity to offer cash ontop while putting a market exchange offer. I guess it wasnt previously added because market wqould be flooded with ridiculous offers but now when there's a limit of offers/person there's no real reason not to add it.

I agree. Why have the ability to request money in the market but no ability to offer money with your trade?

I agree aswell.

But it has it's downside because people are stupid :D
We already have: "I wanted to sell my +3 armor for 1500k, but I put one 0 less than I meant, so now I sold it 150k  :cry:"

Then we could also have:

    +3 item for +2 item and 400k gold offer
    But since I'm dumb I ended up making a
    +3item +400k gold for +2 item"   :lol: :lol:


Mate tbh if someone this stupid they need to take their math class again, not play crpg here with us! :)

I'm down with this, it would really help my business here! :)
