I have killed a giant at lvl 3 with bow! I'm so pro. Wasn't THAT hard. Dunno why all of you were complaining about Giants being so tough haha. And smithing is cool too. By the way, glass armor is the best light armor right?

Yeah saw it on elder scrolls wikia.

Best seem to be Dragonscale armor and Glass Armor.

But Dragonscale armor..kill dragons =( Since dragons appear randomly (right) how the hell will i get those dragonscales lol.

Yeah. What's up with that? Give them a NORDIC accent, not some gay german/austrian one! I wanna hear Vikings and Finns, not Terminator!

Totally possible. I'm still sad they still consider taboo the presence of Hermaphrodites, Transgenders and some cases of Bestiality in Bethesda games. :cry:

+ On one hand it looks absolutely awesome, and I like the entire Nordic Art design, the atmosphere is as strong as can be.

+ New awesome spells like constant flame/ice/bolt throwing.

+ Using both hands

+ I also like the perks you can put in every single skill to unlock special abilities and much more.

+ The fights are much more controllable than before, instead of wild clicking on the mouse, together with nice animations and finally some gore!

+ And last but not least the size of the world is really awesome

But on the other hand it has a lot of design flaws, in my eyes.

- I liked the more complicated system with attributes and primary/secondary skills. Although I don't miss the sleeping to level up.

- Since Oblivion I don't like how they simplified enchanting and creating spells. In addition to this many spells are missing like "Mark/Escape" or "Levitation".

- I don't like how I can't influence the personal attitude of single NPCs towards me. No more bribing or taunting...

- I have only done the Magic Academy quests so far, but I miss gaining ranks and slowly taking control of all the guilds in the game

--- THE MENUS!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

All in all I have to say that I still think that Morrowind was the best part of the series. Yeah, it has no fast travel, no horses, no dual wielding, no perks and the fights looked crappy, but I could develop my character as I liked!

It was possible to fill a great sould gem with the soul of a Golden Saint or Ascended Sleeper (= constant effect enchantment possible), enchant a "Glass Helmet" with a constant 1 point of "Levitation", which makes you fly for an unlimited time, but very slowly. But luckily there were the "Boots of Blinding Speed", which gave +200 points on speed but also +100% blind on self, which means the screen turns black. No problem, use the "Cuirass of Savior's Hide", which gives +60% magic resistance, reducing blindness to 40%, which makes the screen become only a bit darker. With a few more items with resistance to magic the blindness could be reduced to like 10%. Together with an amulet that constantly heals you and rings that keep you constantly invisible you were able to be the invisible, super fast flying immortal on Vvardenfall.

I miss this depth of character customization. Now it isn't even possible to wear a robe over (or trousers under) your armour any more. :?

To be honest skyrim is a good game but so far it doesnt seem wtfomgmustdevoteallmylifetoit good

hell ive been more addicted to books :D

It looks sweet the fights are poo the quests are pretty much the same as oblivion

take this here, give this person this, explore this dungeon kill these bandits. Ill play it a lot but mainly when i rage crpg or get tired of warband :D

I've been selling all the dragon loot.. ( 4 dragons ). Do i eventually get to craft dragon, or is it drop only?

Post by: Tears of Destiny on November 18, 2011, 12:23:55 am: It is accessible from the smithing tree, specifically the perk "Dragon Armour" there are light and heavy versions. You have to have something like 70 100 smithing skill to get it I think.

You need Dragon Bones, Dragon Scales, Leather Strips and Iron Ingots to make everything I think...

I'm more keenly waiting to get my enchanting to 100 so I can get fully enchanted Legendary Dragonscale set. With Elven souls from black soul gems of course :)

Archers need a bow and arrows. I can do my shit even if naked. I can't run out of ammo, all I need is to wait (hide) a few seconds if magicka gets low.

I think this is an important advantage. Next to the fact that magic has other advantages next to fighting.

Yeah but Magicians are pussys just like Lolstabbers, Just Like Quickscopers, Just Like Campers, Just Like Speedy agile characters in other games. Annoying.

Archer = God tier.

Also a bit of alteration and alchemy although the shouts just sort of make everything trivial once you learn the third word. Even though I'm still playing the crap out of it the game does disappoint me from time to time.

Meeting Molag Bal and getting his mace was awesome. Not to mention some of the other one's that I've seen through streams or w/e.

This game is awesome, and everyone who says it sucks is doing it wrong.

Yes a but I can never seem to get the 15% exp bonus your supposed to get for sleeping in bed w/ partner. so maybe lesbian marriage is in game but not lesbian hank panky. oh well theres plenty of that on the web thank god :)
