This little pink text is quite valuable in strategus.

To sum it up :
Each time you get it, all the equipment you carry get a +3.
All the equipment you didn't carry, get a -1, with a minimum of 0.
You get it below lv31, and randomly.


I would suggest the option to "accept" this pink text when it appears, or to just let it go. If you accept it, same thing happens. If you refuse to consider it, nothing happens (except it's a waste of pink text). I had it quite a few time, when i was messing with my stuff, not even carying it that long. I let it slipped, considering it was kinda my fault.

It's really... incredibly bad luck. I take time retiring, in order to be able to increase my crafting skills, just to actually have all of them get a -1, and getting a +3 with a blue tunic and a trident. -_- And no, at level 2, you can't carry your usual stuff. How can i get a better understanding of an armor and a weapon i rstarted carrying at level 1 to level 2 ? Seriously.

The possibility to "accept" the bonus/malus, or just refuse it simply, would help solve that, and people can mess around all they want with their stuff, knowing if they get that text, they can just do as if nothing happened.
OR
If the previous one makes it too easy to craft what you want, then please, remove the pink text when you're lower than level 15, and can't carry any of your good stuff.

Getting that message at lv2 was a revelation... I won't ask for a +1 refun for my stuff, but i'd like my own unlucky experience to open the eyes of the devs and see that it's kind of... sad.

What are your opinions on this ? Feel free to post remarks.

I don't like the possibility of 'accepting' the chadz text, because leechers can still get very good crafting skills, by just using their preferred equipment at start, and start running around in shit equipment when they feel they've got enough. However, there shouldn't be possible getting the text until you reach a certain level. Only level 15 or above or something.

Yes, I've got it at shit equipment myself, while leveling up. :lol:

Poll added.

Having it at shit equipment is actually a double pain since :
-you get a -1 to all your good stuff
-you will have to wait way longer to get the "real" pink text while carrying your good gear.

First time i get it at lv2 though. If someone get it at lv1, please post a screenshot, for pure awesomeness, and very quick learner.  :mrgreen:

I can see how this is bad. The accepting/declining would be a nice solution, but not quite sure how it would be done. Do you accept then and there or do you do it later on in the webpage?

Is it me or it rarely gives it to you now? Before i would get it a couple times a day now i get none.

What a jest is it to get it on alt char, after 10 minutes of play. Not to mention having been played main char for most of the day. I guess that's a wasted point?

I prefer not having the pink text than having it at lvl2.  :rolleyes:

As for the condition to get it, if i remember well it's...

What's your level? You can't get it when you are lvl 31 or higher. Although I remember seeing someone mention that they might change that. Still, if you are lvl 31 or above, that's why.

To force retiring, if you so want to get it.

I like it though, how you pointed out that it's not "fair" for the lv32+. As if it's fair for the newcomers who hardly get to lv30. xD
You're 32, you got some good advantages vs the lv30.
You want to have some crafting skills => retire. That's all. Oh... and pray.

can someone sum up all this stuff? it's been a while since I kept up with the play.

So we know what all thine hard work means now? If we get this in crpg does it carry across to strategus if you happen to be using the same gear?

Just to clarify, you can get the message from levels 1-30. So level 31, 32 or higher is the same in that you cannot get the message.
