I started recording when Copper, an archer, started complaining that a teammate was kicking him whenever he tried to shoot. JuiceLayer was griefing him for most of this and the following map. Him and Palatro(ll) would also setup ladders and destroy them with teammates on them, attempting to purposely wound or kill them.
I expect more from ATS members. They would never have let actions like this stand on their (now defunct) servers.

Funny thing, a few months ago my self and a chaos member were doing similar stuff as this and one of the ATS admins banned the other guy for 2 weeks.
I noticed the admin joined spec so i stopped but the other guy didnt c and he got banned.
I would suggest the same punishment for ATS members since their own admins layed down the previous ruling for the same offense. It is only fair.
In all honesty i see 2 weeks as being a bit harsh but since an ATS admin handed it out and now their own members are doing the same thing. Its the only justified response.

best ban request ever. the epic music and their inhumanity and shamful dispray brought tears to my eyes (like that commercial with the native crying after some redneck throws shit on the road).

EDIT: Alright, so, there was definitely some OBVIOUS rule breaking going on here. Juice will be banned for 5 days and Palatro for 4

Juice Layer here with a list of further information for you:
1)I am around level 14 there.
2)Copper tk'd me right before this.
3)If you don't like how I use my ladders, I never forced you to use them.
4)When I threw the ladders the wrong way that was just plain awesome.
5)Admin's were on and NO warnings were issued, as I would have stopped if I was asked.
6)Instead of anyone asking me to stop I was just called a my old friend and recorded.
Be as it may I am intoxicated at the moment, maybe you didn't handle this very nicely.

AGAIN I'm sure if we can see the ENTIRE video matey, as this was obviously EDITED we may see that other admins were on, and if admins that were there did not mind then maybe it was not so bad ehh? It also looks as if you were trying to bait the ban, just saying.

Earth, I watched the video and it appears that all of the accused are guilty of teamwounding, griefing, and teamkilling.
Additionally, the rules are on clear display in the forums. When Juice Layer says he'd have stopped if he'd been asked he's basically saying "the laws only apply to me when an officer is, at the given time, giving me explicit instructions on which rules not to break." This is unacceptable, but I'll leave the specifics of the banning to you.

I asked for admin help after you repeatedly kicked Copper until he fell off the building. That action should not require a warning. It is an obvious rule violation (equal to team wounding/killing). Being low level is not an excuse. Being intoxicated is not an excuse. You were trolling, and you were caught. Again, I expect better from ATS.
I baited you to break the ladders other teammates were standing on? I baited you to try and kick Copper and myself? The only person controlling your actions was yourself. The admins can check the chat logs. I in no way provoked you.

Only posts allowed are on-topic posts by the people asking for a ban/unban, admins and people that can provide relevant information regarding the individual case.
- Do not post here if you don't have something directly case-related to say. No lobbying, general discussion whether a rule is fair, how admin is nub, etc. Take those things elsewhere, keep this area clear.

It is my understanding from reading the rules, that kicking players is not against the rules, unless used for griefing. Griefing would imply that it is malicious and unwanted. Maybe asking Bovine to stop would be better then recording a video, editing out parts (for whatever reason), and adding cheesy music.
I don't see team wounding and team killing, maybe you could point out where that occured.

Sure, where should we start. Blatant griefing where he kicks the player off the roof? That's intentional wounding and griefing. Putting up ladders to intentionally break them while teammates are on to wound them/kill (btw that's griefing your own team from winning). Last but no least, kicking CAN hurt the player, maybe not a armored target like Gristle, but for all I know copper the guy that was kicked off the roof could be taking damage in cloth.

If what I was doing was being taken maliciously and considered griefing, they did not make this explicitly obvious. And with saying I was useless to the team, there is no rule against being useless in the official server rules list, and if there was would you following me not fall under this. I accept your objection and we shall strike this from the record.

If copper actually intentionally TK'd you - you should have had it reported, or screenshot it. Lashing out and REVENGE teamwounding/teamkilling is against the rules. You also went futher then that and wounded other teammates with the ladders.
I don't see this ban being reduced in anyway, nor do I see it being removed. Best to just wait it out.

A wonderful concept was just brought to my attention. If there were no admins around at the time of these said infractions to the official server rules, or said admins were not doing their duty to protect and serve the server a poll kick/ban is under the acceptable courses of action to be taken to remove such problem as team attacking.
No random kick/ban polls. Always specify reason before starting a poll
OK: poll-kicking a leecher
OK: poll-kicking an intentional teamkiller
NOT OK: poll-kicking someone who involuntarily hurt you
NOT OK: poll-kicking someone because you don't like his playstyle

Or, they can take a recording/screenshots of the said teamkiller to bring justice to them. Also not to mention kick/ban polls don't always work if the server doesn't know what's going on MOST people default to voting "no". Also, it doesn't work is there is a majority of a clan in a server who can vote no for there clan mate being polled.
If what your trying to tell me if posting ban requests on this forum WITH a video is not allowed and instead he should have tried to poll ban you instead, then your insane.
