The Arcani were fast-moving elite shock troops of the Roman Empire. 
Combining strength, stealth, teamwork, and wits the Arcani were a formidable killing force.
 They were instructed to do whatever was necessary to secure the position of Emperor once again,
 but never reveal who was paying them. Granted total autonomy, they were let loose upon Rome.
 The Arcani believed that victory could only be obtained if they worked together as one.
 Therefore, all Arcani warriors gave up their personal identities and embraced the motto Visio Unum,
which means "One Face" or "One Likeness".  Moving through the shadows of Rome and striking fear into
 their enemeies, the Arcani fully embraced the meaning of their name:

"HIDDEN ONES"

The Arcani are based off of the Areani which was an actual Roman secret unit most noted for it's activity in ancient Britain.. Much Like the Sarmarcian Raiders clan, it is loosely based off of a real faction, which is fine. I don't get why you're griping and complaining to be perfectly honest. There are far worse clans out there right now than this.

Again, they went with Arcani and it's description because of the fact that it was more recognizable to most who played that enjoyable franchise, and cooler sounding in general; but still, this clan takes most of it's elements from the Areani, much like the Sarmacians do with the Samaritian faction, so no, my points not moot.

I was simply making a light-hearted statement that I disliked how RTW made up completely fictionalized units (Arcani, Urban Cohorts being the leetest of all Roman legions etc).. which Darkkarma then construed as some kind of super hate speech against your clan, which it clearly was not. But in all honesty Xant you're totally entitled to your opinion and I even half agree with you. Rome Total War (in my opinion) should have stopped with Praetorian Cohorts seeing as they were some of the Roman's most elite soldiers.  However, it's a video game and if it followed history to a tee it would be the most boring game on the entire planet. The Roman's weren't known for their ability to conquer as much as the ability to share technology and protect surrounding countries who (at first) willingly wanted to become protectorate's of the Roman empire during it's peak.  Hollywood and Sega sure know how to make history more interesting don't they?

Long story short.

We thought the Arcani characters in another video game were sick so we made a clan for this video game.

Really, not mad just explaining why we made this clan the way that we did.

NHL is the best though. The servers are fantastic, the online Pro mode is amazing, and I never get disconnected or experience lag.. no disconnects was great compared to trying to do the online Pro mode in NBA 2K11.

I love NHL 11, I'm really hyped up for NHL 12.. I can hit goalies now.. hehehehehehe

NHL actually went through with a lockout. Not because the players and other parties involved were that adamant about sticking to their guns and making things fairer, but because the amount of caring fans was so small that the league did not feel pressured enough to come to a deal before the start of the new season.
