Looks good Braeden, I'd consider joining it were I not in a clan.

So what do your tags look like?

Good point, the tag is _Darini

And thanks, I think it'll be enjoyable.

Good luck, Braeden, I've seen a lot of your clans come and go, but I know you'll lead it right.

Thank you for your kind words.

I had hoped to give the world a Darini strategus battle shortly, but what with the upcoming gold/equip wipe and all, that will have to be delayed.  We still lack the manpower to grind equipment up quickly.  Soon though, soon.

LOL.  Chaotic Neutral = you do whatever benefits yourself.

True Neutral is only a druid or some weirdo alignment dude.  You take no sides but try to keep the forces of good & evil in check of each other.

Ie a Druid is just as likely to attack human lumberjacks over harvesting forest as he is to kill goblins that over hunt forest creatures for food

Best of luck, I always like you!

PS: Chaotic Neutral is just a code word for Chaotic Asshole.

How are my unwashed-spear wielding-looting-and-pillaging friends doing today?

Chaotic Neutral...you and I had this convo... +1 sir, plus one. Glad to finally see it down on paper rather then just a conceptual item.

Thank you, thank you.

Yes, Chaotic Neutral, because we are still in the first age and don't have many options at the moment.  This will be an evolving clan though, so that may change as time progresses.

Oh, and I have a brand new computer in the mail, heading to me.  So soon, my friends, we shall fight together once more.

Updates to the equipment section, added build section

We do like to be sided with.

In other news, pretending at poverty is both difficult and lucrative.  But oh, I miss nice weapons.  I need strat back stat.

Missed nice weapons too much, so I changed the rules!  Its my clan, I can cheat if I want to!

But in all seriousness, the withholding of weapons and equipment until strategus success was less important without, you know, strategus, so there is a hiatus on that until strategus returns.  This is, primarily, a strategus clan, so its not as necessary.

Also poll.

Still looking for new members, throwers especially wanted.

Also I'll be gone from Thursday night to Sunday night, so if I'm not responding to your messages, its not necessarily because I hate you.

I just found an older celtic clan!  Which apparently I completely missed the past 7 months.  They are way better at it than I am, seriously: http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,1773.0.html (http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,1773.0.html)

Anyhow, new poll.  Probably to be ignored.

Still looking for members who want to engage in organized strategus killing.

Since Amatsuka rudely interrupted me during NA storytime, I shall post the exciting tale here.

Long ago, in days of yore, there was a mighty warrior by the name of Ragni Bross.  He was skilled with a blade and a fearsome foe on any battlefield, but he lacked basic civility, and many believed he was a heathen.  After a series of duels proving his worth, he was inducted into the Templar order by the grandmaster himself.

Beauchamp of the Templar, a mighty fighter in his own right, was by no means pious, but he was certainly diligent.  He attended to the duties of his post and the traditions of his order faithfully, and sought to preserve it.  When Ragni was inducted, he became furious, as he saw this barbarian brought into his home, and given a place that Beauchamp had worked hard and faithfully to achieve.  It was then that Beauchamp realized that the darkness of the world could not be fought, for even the light would come to terms with it.  As this truth burrowed into his heart, he realized he could remain a Templar no longer, for that lofty pedestal was not fit for a man such as him.  He had fallen.

As Beauchamp wandered, he quickly gathered others to his banner.  They came from all over Caladria, some already thieves and murderers, some who had only just begun their fall.  But as they gathered they vowed that they would fall together, and their future would be determined not by some god that they served, but by the forces they could control.

This story might have been a sad one for Beauchamp, except that as time passed, it was his order that remained.  When the first age fell in the west, the east remained, a place of darkness and terror, but one where the inhabitants still lived.  The Templar Order crumbled, and while it would be rebuilt, it would never be the same.  Its dark child, the Fallen, would only grow.
