how do you change your character from Alternative to main?

        Hello guys, I need help for my clan mate. He has a problem as you can see on the headline what it is. He had a char before that one before and killed him. Now his char is Strudog_of_Abay but he coldnt make it main because there is no choise to choose it as main. He has no more char, no alt; just this one. What shall he do? If it is adminisitrational problam, can an admin help his character? Thank you very much  :!:

His current character was created before he deleted his previous main, hence it's permanently tagged as an alt.
