OK it was 00:46 in the morning and i was online, wasn't playing just trying out different equipment (Shields) to see what looked the best on my char. So i got a few and went on the Dual server noticed on the server list there was 1 person on there anyway i went on EU_3 and saw some player called "KABAN_vn_Gartex" just standing there with absolutely no items at all equipped on his character so i took a screenshot and waited just watching him, i was waiting to see if he moved or did anything. 2 mins later still nothing so i took another screenshot and this went on for about 8mins. then i waited for the last 2mins or so and he just died, he didnt "LEAVE" the server he went spectater. ok so i just tryed my shield out went off the server bought another shield and went back on EU_3 to try the new shield out. when i got back on he was standing in another place naked again. so thats when i left and wrote this request hes still probably standing there as im writing this leeching...

Note: you DO get XP and GOLD on EU_3

you dont get xp/gold unless you actually duel

You get xp once per life per minute with x1 at duel server unless you duel.
So if you don't have screenshot, where he has a -10 kills 10 death there is no proof him leeching.

sometimes after strat battles I'm on eu/na_3 for hours, until I note that the game is not closed

well when i joined for that second to check out the shield i got xp and gold and he went spec SO that could mean he kept doing it to get xp dam

The guy did join for the server 1 minute before you and didn't have any suspicious actions at the server (only couple deaths but nothing more).
