No offense but a tournament with no loom restriction is a pretty shit tournament.
My understanding was no heirloom items like last time.
Should be no heirloom items, no ranged, no crushthrough, skip the funs only and a buy limit of 35k or something
AFAIK in any previous tournament ran either by myself or by JayJrod there hasn't been any restrictions on looms. The reasoning behind this is there is no real way to verify if someone is using MW armor. You could check their items but they could have a +0 copy and just claim they were using that. If people are in need of +3's they can feel free to join my clan for the tourney and use any of mine. As for gold limitations on armor I don't see why its necessary personally but I'm happy to change that if I'm in the minority.

Uh yes there is its called gold limit. Masterworks are worth more (ie double or triple i cant remember) so it's a sort of soft cap on masterworks :)

Thats exactly it, You will see a bunch of people in full plate with long mauls great mauls and great long bardiches and stuff with 50+ cut that can take 10 hits to kill yet they can kill someone in 1-2 hits and it really is not fair whatever you might think because if both are skilled fighters that guy in medium armor might slip up and get hit once and have no life where if the plate crutch slips up and takes a hit he might be able to take many more.
I played that STR/Plate style for man years and its pretty easy and gay especially in a duel tourny where skill is what should matter and not crutching on +3 plate armor and weapons
