Strategus, crafting, looms, abundance, nothing to do with regular c-RPG. The display bugs on the equipment page has nothing to do with the message. It's already been written a good while back, stop arguing about nonsense and go back to grinding!

i was able to equip it at 14 str.. fought a round with it. relogged and now I can not longer equip it having 14 str. thoguht i was on to something

I get the message while I was visiting the smithshop in a village. I was looking at the nicely designed interior of the shop (with armours on a table) and the message appears... I thought it was linked to my touristic visit.

i got it at lvl 30. I was about 1 mil from hitting 31. Logged into duel server.. did not fight anyway yet.. took 2-3 steps and got it as I was looking for a duel.

I've had it twice that I've noticed, both at level 30, but I guess that still might be considered lower levels.
Can't possible be linked to doing well in any aspect of the game considering I've gotten it twice though.

Edit: Also since I'm new and have never retired and thus don't have any heirlooms I can debunk the getting heirlooms in your inventory theory, since i still don't have any.

I retired just to see this message and played the entire gen up until now (almost 30) with the same gear.
I never got this message. Maybe it has to do with my already loomed gear? (Lordly Armor, MW LHB)
