Smoothrich admin abuse

The battle for fisdnar was finishing and the enemy team started spamming GG(as they were winning)
Allers continued to spam after being told to stop and as a result of crashing my chat(or lagging it) 3 times I put a poll to ban him. After the poll went through, Smoothrich decided to ban me. I feel that is complete BS as it was a BAN POLL and 59% of the server said yes to it meaning some people on ALLERS team said yes to it. I would also like smoothrich's adminship to be watched(not removed but watched).

The poll was up BEFORE the mute. Just ask ANYONE.

How was is poll abuse?  He put up a poll before he got muted?  What I saw was smooth acting like a child.  And Allers was spamming the chat, so I don't see what the issue is.

I find it funny that originally Smoothrich goes on with "Make a ban appeal on the forums" blah blah blah etc, then as soon as it's mentioned that it was abuse and he realizes that they are right he tries to cover his own ass with the "I'll unban you in an hour".

Also this post makes it seem as the Smoothrich muted Allers, when in reality he had nothing to do with that and probably would have let it go on indefinitely.

I told him to post about it and I'd handle it, its basically a troll thread but I decided to stay with my decision to unban after an hour once a thread was made, I am not abusing or griefing or trying to start drama like half the posts in this thread, just what I witnessed (ban polling top players during strat battles) is pretty typical of poll abuse

It appears to me that you are implying that due to the fact that Allers was top of his team he is immune to punishment. He was doing something wrong, regardless of how well he was doing. His score has nothing to do with it, and I think if anything, Allers' reputation as a huge fucking troll has more to do with it than his score.

Poll Abuse is defined as putting up consequent polls within a short amount of time between each poll.

I wasn't at the battle, but from what I understand Allers was being an asshole like always (<3) so someone decided to ban poll him instead of a kick poll (which would be much more reasonable given the circumstances). Consequently after smoothrich realized that the majority of the players we're not enjoying what Allers was saying, he decided to mute him. For some reason, the enemy team continued to ban poll him. That is from my understanding why blacktiger seems to think there is admin abuse.

You're overreacting like usual. Smoothrich is a very good admin for what he does. He's not scared of ban/kicking people he thinks are not following the rules. He is also unbias; seeing how he got his bff badplayer banned from community.
