so, while developing, I find myself often doing stuff that anyone can do - but I don't have anyone
That's stuff like editing long lists with more or less the same stuff, doing some research, doing more lists, doing some raw balancing, etc.
Now I have no idea if anyone is actually interested in doing this, I'm not saying it's boring stuff, not at all, but it might be repetitive from time to time
So if you think this might be something for you, this is what you should have:
- a bit of freetime at your hands, otherwise that won't really make sense - because I have more than enough of no freetime myself
- common sense, oh please, common sense!
- basic PC knowledge - if you had trouble installing the mod, this might not your position in the dev team
- I must like and trust you, because I can only work with people I like and trust
- You should be interested in learning some new stuff
- any kind of modding experience does help, but I'm perfectly fine if that isn't the case
So why should you do this?
- you will be part of the greatest mod dev team, EVER!
- you can really really REALLY speed up the development of the patch.
- you get to test the newest versions before all the others!
- it will be fun, I promise

edit: also, it wouldn't hurt if you would be VERY interested in keeping the community informed about stuff *cough*patchnotes*cough*
