Believe it or not its not a new member, its a relatively old one.
I've spoken to him once about it and if his attitude doesn't improve i will take action.
As for me being called a douche bag i have no problem with that.
Most of the time i would describe myself as something much worse
People seem to think that because i deal with a lot of the management of the clan i'm a nice guy (lolwut). This is my duty, an obligation as such, doesn't mean i have to be a pleasant guy while doing it.
I'm civil to new recruits but i wont stop myself from speaking openly and clearly about how i feel about people when necessary.
TL;DR don't worry about it, and if the problem does occur again contact me and i'll pursue this further.
