It's actually alright I meant to come back and add RS way earlier but I got distracted and forgot

Meh, some of those names belong there for sure.

Other are there based upon the reputation of their superior gear and levels pre-Xmas patch. I think that this list should be wiped and people should be nominated based on what they are doing today, not when they were level 45, constantly wearing black armor and riding a plated charger against relative peasants 99% of the time

umm it is based off TODAY rum. kalam has been making changes every so often as people make suggestions or argue for/against people.
if you think someone is on there who shouldnt, say so and you will receive a reason why they are, or maybe they will get removed.
