I wanted to confirm with other admins before making a post. But as we have stated that you have been banned at least twice already. Your request has been Denied.

Rules broken:
Team killing
Team wounding
Abusive Chat (trolling)
Spawning without weapon

That is ridiculous. I was never notified nor warned (in recent times, relative to my ban) that I was being abusive via chat. Team killing and wounding were both accidental, either you all know that and are being prejudiced or you are all fools. I even said "oh shit" or some other surprised/apologetic remark after the hit/kill. Spawning without a weapon? I told them I had just bought a weapon that I could use because my other ones required too high skill level. If they waited 15 seconds more they would not have "had to" ban me. Besides, spawning without a weapon is hardly a bannable offense. Unless they are prolonging a round on purpose, it shouldn't matter.

It was seconds off registering that I had one.. I delayed no time and didn't degrade the server in anyway by not using a weapon.

Err just to clear that up:

If admins or the server op are doing it, yes.
Also if they do not care about if other players do it.

It's all about enforcing those rules from the admin side.

Players just doing it can not harm the server that way
They can not really prevent players from breaking those rules until they punish them.

Just thought i'd make sure before i get a lot of screenshots from mad people, running around naked to get the server taken down ;)
