Hum v I would like to get this issue of the horse archers and things on the server sorted out. You need to see if there is a way to fix it because people poll kick them a lot and I won't deny I press one because I hate them. I am sick of horse archer players especially when I am kicked because I'm delaying in a tower but it's ok when 1 horse archer is left and slowly circles and kills their enemys which feels impossible to beat. Often occurring thing I see all the time is horse archers being teamkilled or kick polled. If you called a vote to get rid of them I'm sure it would pass but that's a bit unfair because no one likes fighting them. You need to make it really clear how the server stands on mounted range.

My roommate is a cheap bastard and refuses to buy the game. So he sometimes plays with his own characters using my cd-key (his characters are myshkin/trembling and some others I can't remember). Anyway, he got banned the other day and now I'm banned too. First I thought, fair enough, share the key share the ban, but it's been a couple of days now. He's not even sure why he was banned anyway. Says he wasnt warned or anything.

Any chance of an unban here?

AFE_trembling is banned AEF_HumV

You are now unban indigo, Your key was ban due to the character "AFE_trembling" passing a member of the opposite side call "AFE_SRBIJA_STRONG" without attacking him in anyway. He was clearly commucating not to attack friendlys on the battle server whilst on opposing sides.

Is it four "perma" bans in the last week, with not so much as a warning, or have there been more I'm unaware of?

Interesting you decided today to change your public policy from "warn, kick, one day, one week, indefinate" to a flat "two bans is perma".  :D

It pales before the policy that is actually active on your server.

wtf does that mean? the policies were not being enforced at all... personally i support this crack-down. the aussie server has gotten way out of hand at times. from disgusting racism that warrants a global ban to ur more usual tk fights and squabbles that break out it has to be stopped and stopped fast.

Someone in the server insinuated that male AEF members enjoy the company of a young male member, under the impression that he is a woman.

I said it was a funny thought and was instantly perma banned with no warning, as the "new policy" alludes.

I am very sorry to all who were offended by this despicable joke and sincerely hope you recover and rescind my ban.

That was something I amended. I thought the policy was ridiculously stupid and inflexible and told slutface HumV to get rid of it. It is to the admins discretion as of current, since we're all on the same page anyway. Do note, the bans in game state permanent simply because there's no other administrative option to display some sort of time, at least, not to my knowledge anyway.

With that out of the way, I want to stop talking out of you rear end. Let me quote you on this one:
Quote
17:55:12 - [Hardraada] lol aef faps to 10 yo boy in ts? thats a funny thought
This is your second ban and it doesn't look good for you at all.
Despite that, I'm only going to give you two conditions, despite my better judgement, if you want to be allowed to come back onto the server:
1. You apologize formally for trying to disgustingly worm yourself out of the fact that you and you alone made the above statement.
2. You spend a week thinking about what you've done.

Your policy is unchanged. AEF have for some time, been perma banning without so much as a warning.

I don't feel that I have tried to worm my way out of anything. I said that. I am solely responsible for saying that.

You've taken it alone, out of the context that I provided in my last post. In my opinion, it is what the person I was replying to had suggested (He had been teasing AEF and PewPew in particular for some time). Perhaps it was inappropriate, but I can't help if I found it funny. Again, I am sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings in expressing this (as you have quoted me, thank you).

I probably would not have found it funny if AEF PewPew did not regularly TK people whose playstyles bother her ([anyone with a horse, anyone with ranged weapons, anyone she thinks is a peasant] to which her clan seem to turn a blind eye) or if she were not childishly spamming chat at the time. If you don't think the connections were at least well thought out, I don't know what to say. It was a funny connection, but it is not funny to hurt the feelings of other players, no matter who they are, so if this has been the case, of course I mean my apology.

You do not need to ban someone for a week or forever to garner an apology from them. I have faith that framing a quote that I have already admitted to, out of context, is not "your better judgement". I wish you shared this faith and had some self esteem. Until you put the tags on, you seemed to be a polite and likable player but now you are "on the same page" as a group of people who have no respect for anyone but their own. I don't understand what AEF wants to accomplish by systematically alienating c-rpg players, then persecuting them, and I'm appalled that you, who I've played with for a long time, think it's acceptable.

Of the four people banned in the last week (to my knowledge), one called an admin of your server out on inappropriate behaviour in this very thread over a month ago and playing on alts, has since witnessed administrators disrespecting him for this on the AEF server. I was then banned on the apparent advise of a person who was teamkilling me as he spoke to AEF and now, amidst a sea of slander toward an AEF member, I alone have been reprimanded. The three others banned belong to a clan called "AFE", which clearly irritates AEF. Despite only three members having been banned (two of which committed an offense, having failed to attack clan mates [where have I seen that before?]), AEF have stated in-game that they will perminantly ban any AFE member to slip up. These are all serious and respected players, but AEF clearly have an agenda to get rid of them. None of these bans have been preceeded by a warning. This one was preceeded by the administrator actively "ignoring" the AFE member while he asked for protection against team kills for several rounds (obviously, the "ban all AFE members ASAP" message had already been distributed among AEF):

(click to show/hide)

Incidentally, the screen shows an attack on a BRD member, similar to the one I'm accused of at present. Naturally, it went ignored. I'm sorry I didn't think to screenshot the previous pages, in which AFE_Gorabu_SMASHHHH politely requested intervention and made no attempt to defend himself from the tkers, but as you quickly responded to my unban request with an entry from the logs, the information is obviously accessable to you. The player, Serks, who TK's Gorabu as he is banned, went unpunished. I have reported the trio, Serks, Irikanji and Randomply on several occasions over the last few weeks. I was told not to bother submitting the screenshots I'd taken of them griefing myself and other players. As far as I know, the first action to be taken against them occurred yesterday, when someone calling themself a friend of AEF, or specifically "as good as being in AEF", complained in Teamspeak and was rewarded with an instant administrator escort. Do you notice a contrast?

While you're browsing the logs, please search for "AEF_Juggernaught" and "aboriginal". He also pretends to be an administrator (If he were, it would be much easier for the c-rpg admin team to see that AEF is a griefing racket) and TKs "offenders", because he doesn't have the authority to kick or ban. Please search for "AEF_PewPew has killed a teammate". In my experience it is usually accompanied by something like "lol" or "i dont like him". Do you think this behaviour is permissable to your members, just because they are in a clan that has been granted the privelage of hosting a c-rpg server? AEF has recieved complaints about these members' actions, but chosen to protect their own.

I believe AEF encourage players to report offenses in Teamspeak and Steam, because that way, if they ignore all but their friends, they don't leave a paper trail. I think the logs contain a strong enough condemnation of your administrative team that this rouse is in vain. They mightn't show half of the abuse that you inflict on the community, but I think your agenda is clear enough.

I've fulfilled your condition. I hope my failure to omit important information has not impacted any unwritten clause, as my previous actions have done, but something tells me it would only be a matter of time before I have to say my last goodbye to your server in any case.

If we're having an emotional hypersensetivity battle here, I would think this were hurtful if it were plausible:

stop talking out of you rear end.

Please apologise. :|

Sorry for the dense and hopefully exhaustive post, sorry for the "drama", but it had to be said.

4th?

2nd.

Neither were justified. Your team is incompetent, abusive and dishonest.

I'm flattered you held me in high esteem, but you should have thought about your actions before you decided to be a pain - several times over.

The only thing I saw in the logs was 780934 calling her a 10 year old boy, childish git if I may add. It's too bad you still didn't admit nor apologize to making that disgusting statement solely of your own accord and not by the suggestion of others. It was inappropriate and no, it wasn't funny either - tells leagues about you, doesn't it.

We've made it clear to Pewpew that her recent behavior isn't tolerated and no, none of our members or administration across all the games our clan participates in are so special to not receive strict treatment when they get out of line. We've got that covered, thanks for your concern and for becoming an example of how not to behave against either our members or players of the public.
I thought this would have been obvious to you but Juggernaught is an AEF member. This entails that he is in direct communication with us the majority of the time along with the rest of our members. Myself or the other admins will subject him or anyone available to delivering our warnings when things happen and we're not able to deal with it at that current point in time. God help the poor soul if they choose to ignore said warnings.

Now are you done pointing fingers? Good. You're verdicts been met, this discussion is over. If you're so inclined to continue it, you have the option of bugging Meow with your silliness, explaining why your terrible behavior on our server is in anyway justified. I nor any of the other admins need to hear it here particularly, and I doubt he would either.

Your sense of humour is none of my business.

If you feel that AEF PewPew has committed an offense, she should be dealt with in the same way that another player would be dealt with, or you are running a private server. C-rpg only supports public servers.

If AFE Gorabu can be banned without warning for one tk, while an administrator deliberately overlooks tks being enacted against him, AEF PewPew, who tks maliciously and against common sense, has recieved and continues to recieve special treatment in your server.

If AEF Juggernaught has the authority of an administrator, you should make him an administrator. AEF Juggernaught has said things about races other than his own that could get him arrested in any civilised country. It is unfair to expect players to believe that he has authority, without any administrator having told them so.

I don't know why you would try to answer even one of my points, except with an apology. You are aware that I have not lied here. You are aware that your server is an embarrassment.
