Your policy is unchanged. AEF have for some time, been perma banning without so much as a warning.
I don't feel that I have tried to worm my way out of anything. I said that. I am solely responsible for saying that.
You've taken it alone, out of the context that I provided in my last post. In my opinion, it is what the person I was replying to had suggested (He had been teasing AEF and PewPew in particular for some time). Perhaps it was inappropriate, but I can't help if I found it funny. Again, I am sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings in expressing this (as you have quoted me, thank you).
I probably would not have found it funny if AEF PewPew did not regularly TK people whose playstyles bother her ([anyone with a horse, anyone with ranged weapons, anyone she thinks is a peasant] to which her clan seem to turn a blind eye) or if she were not childishly spamming chat at the time. If you don't think the connections were at least well thought out, I don't know what to say. It was a funny connection, but it is not funny to hurt the feelings of other players, no matter who they are, so if this has been the case, of course I mean my apology.
You do not need to ban someone for a week or forever to garner an apology from them. I have faith that framing a quote that I have already admitted to, out of context, is not "your better judgement". I wish you shared this faith and had some self esteem. Until you put the tags on, you seemed to be a polite and likable player but now you are "on the same page" as a group of people who have no respect for anyone but their own. I don't understand what AEF wants to accomplish by systematically alienating c-rpg players, then persecuting them, and I'm appalled that you, who I've played with for a long time, think it's acceptable.
Of the four people banned in the last week (to my knowledge), one called an admin of your server out on inappropriate behaviour in this very thread over a month ago and playing on alts, has since witnessed administrators disrespecting him for this on the AEF server. I was then banned on the apparent advise of a person who was teamkilling me as he spoke to AEF and now, amidst a sea of slander toward an AEF member, I alone have been reprimanded. The three others banned belong to a clan called "AFE", which clearly irritates AEF. Despite only three members having been banned (two of which committed an offense, having failed to attack clan mates [where have I seen that before?]), AEF have stated in-game that they will perminantly ban any AFE member to slip up. These are all serious and respected players, but AEF clearly have an agenda to get rid of them. None of these bans have been preceeded by a warning. This one was preceeded by the administrator actively "ignoring" the AFE member while he asked for protection against team kills for several rounds (obviously, the "ban all AFE members ASAP" message had already been distributed among AEF):
Incidentally, the screen shows an attack on a BRD member, similar to the one I'm accused of at present. Naturally, it went ignored. I'm sorry I didn't think to screenshot the previous pages, in which AFE_Gorabu_SMASHHHH politely requested intervention and made no attempt to defend himself from the tkers, but as you quickly responded to my unban request with an entry from the logs, the information is obviously accessable to you. The player, Serks, who TK's Gorabu as he is banned, went unpunished. I have reported the trio, Serks, Irikanji and Randomply on several occasions over the last few weeks. I was told not to bother submitting the screenshots I'd taken of them griefing myself and other players. As far as I know, the first action to be taken against them occurred yesterday, when someone calling themself a friend of AEF, or specifically "as good as being in AEF", complained in Teamspeak and was rewarded with an instant administrator escort. Do you notice a contrast?
While you're browsing the logs, please search for "AEF_Juggernaught" and "aboriginal". He also pretends to be an administrator (If he were, it would be much easier for the c-rpg admin team to see that AEF is a griefing racket) and TKs "offenders", because he doesn't have the authority to kick or ban. Please search for "AEF_PewPew has killed a teammate". In my experience it is usually accompanied by something like "lol" or "i dont like him". Do you think this behaviour is permissable to your members, just because they are in a clan that has been granted the privelage of hosting a c-rpg server? AEF has recieved complaints about these members' actions, but chosen to protect their own.
I believe AEF encourage players to report offenses in Teamspeak and Steam, because that way, if they ignore all but their friends, they don't leave a paper trail. I think the logs contain a strong enough condemnation of your administrative team that this rouse is in vain. They mightn't show half of the abuse that you inflict on the community, but I think your agenda is clear enough.
I've fulfilled your condition. I hope my failure to omit important information has not impacted any unwritten clause, as my previous actions have done, but something tells me it would only be a matter of time before I have to say my last goodbye to your server in any case.
If we're having an emotional hypersensetivity battle here, I would think this were hurtful if it were plausible:
stop talking out of you rear end.
Please apologise.
Sorry for the dense and hopefully exhaustive post, sorry for the "drama", but it had to be said.
