I must be blind, where are the "+" and "-" buttons?

It took a little bit for me to be able to see these. They're located on the left side, under people's names and avatars. I'm not sure if it was time related or post count related, but they didn't appear for me for a few days.

I am trolling as hard as I can but still my awesome bar does not drop. There are some people who are lower than me by a huge margin. Must troll harder.

btw,
If a forth heirloom tier is implemented than after the "Mighty", we'll get an "awesome bar mace".

The two posts I made in this thread dropped my awesomebar by 9 :D you should try posting something like that here.  8-)

What is interesting is that everyone are peasants, there are no ranks unless you are a beta-tester, admin or dev.. And they will forever stay peasants, at least I've never seen anyone with a higher rank come naturally.

Which is silly. Rank should be awesomebar dependant. Developer/game admin/beta tester should all be badges or something.
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

The AwesomeBar is for people with limited perspicacity to retaliate to an argument they cannot fight.

For example:

Person X : Interesting post or opinion.
Person Y : Flaming and typical ignorace.
Person X : Counters with good rebuke.
Person Y : Logic fails > Negative vote.

I have no idea why people + posts, maybe its for a good reason but I like to think of them as money in the bank to make some fatty on the internet cry.

No it's not, I was just asking...
Isn't a community a place where you are given permission to have question?

Also who knew? An excessive drop of that awesome bar might have lead you to a perm-ban from the forum/cRPG so I was being prudent...

By the way what is a OP? (damn internet abbreviations)

Thx for your answer. Seems like they don`t appear for me too. No + or - under the avatars. Anyway, its not that important.
