Kratos was being ruled by Ares and Ares was commanding him to kill people. Then Ares commanded him to kill Kratos' family and Kratos did it. After all, he was regretful and an enemy to Ares. Searched him Greek mountains, found and beated him down. So, Ares was killed by Kratos.
Anyway, these are some legends and changable time by time, place by place; but this word 'idiot' is really harsh. If I am wrong I am sorry; but if I am right, I will not call you 'idiot', just respect.
