back in the day there were 2 rules considering horse archer

1)if you are a horse archer and last alive YOU HAVE TO GET OFF YOUR HORSE
2) you cant have 3 stacks of ammo

basically chadz the creator of this game realized what a cancer he had unleashed onto us when he did horse archery and put in safeguards because he loved the game and cared about our feelings. You have to remember crpg started as a melee only option because chadz understood how stupid archery is in a game with revolutionary combat for the time.

At any rate I don't know who you are or why you're a balancer but i hope you make tea, forget about it, take a sip and its cold and nasty and have to either make a new cup or put it in the micro

ive played since 2013 but until c-rpg died and then revived i didnt really pay much (any) attention to the rules because i was too busy being a retard and being a cunt every chance i got with a bunch of other kremsies that did the same shit

I dont know about eu, so maybe it was just a thing with na admins but they would warn and kick HA's that carried no melee weapon.
