How works the exp?

Hello, how works the exp distribution? Sometimes i receive exp and golds, but when i kill someone i didn't receive nothing. Just want to know how it works.

You get 'multiplier*((generation-1)*0.03+1)*1000' exp per 'tick'.
The first 'tick' is after 30 seconds, then after another 30 seconds and then every minute i think.

Then u don't need to kill for exp, just earn exp every 30 seconds?

No, you should read what i wrote:
1st tick after 30 seconds
2nd tick after 1 minute
3rd tick 2 minutes
4th tick 3 minutes

.
.

And killing/damaging enemies/their horses or keeping them busy helps your team winning, which increases your multiplier. So you don't have to kill anyone, but contributing to your teams work will help you get your exp faster.
