There is no rule about starting commander spot at round start mid round and end of round or i couldnt see.
admin said "dont start poll at mid round " but i dont even know what is mid round i mean  there is no measurement about '' mid round''

It annoyes people who are in the middle of a fight and get interrupted by those commanderpolls.
Please listen when you are told to stop polling.
