literally just swinging in the middle of the feint. if they're looking downwards, it's even easier. apparently it's called panic swinging
This really only works against the low tier tbh; a high skill player knows that when they're feinting they need to be ready to quickly cancel a feint into a block if necessary.
So yea, you can just randomly attack to interrupt feint spam, but if your opponent is actually good at attack cancelling it's a pretty useless move. You're better off working on becoming more familiar with the animations so that you can block well enough that feints don't intimidate you.
Also you can generally aim your attacks low and still watch what your opponent is doing, depending on what your FOV is set to, although it can sometimes be hard to see overheads
