If you honestly feel that an admin has acted in a way that doesn't make sense/doesn't follow the rules/was too much compared to your wrong-doing, you're now officialy allowed and recommended to bring such matter to
Bronto, who'll serve as sort-of kind-of NA
trialhead admin. His job will be to separate bullshit from facts, and help explain the situations, and in event of more extreme cases, change the admin decision.
Now the hierarchy of complaints goes as follows:
Regular admins ----> Bronto (who brings the matter to the admins to discuss together OR decides alone) -----> Me.
Some other announcements:
If I or any other mod see another thread in General Discussion that should be in the ban section or the admin feedback section, OP of that thread is getting a warning and his thread locked/deleted/moved/merged if appropriate;
Personal attacks against admins or players on forums (some of which could be seen in the last drama thread) will not be tolerated;
If you get mistreated by an admin and decide to contact me first instead of Bronto, I may review your problem, or I may forward it to Bronto. If you disagree with Bronto's decision, you're free to throw it at me, but there's a chance that I already gave my 2 cents during the first review of the issue by Bronto.
We're doing this change because, as was pointed out to me, I'm not really online during the time when NA is active, and it'll definitely be useful to have one person online that can keep the rule enforcement more uniform and less willy-nilly. That doesn't mean my removal or anything, just a slight shift of responsibility to another person. I'm still here to swing some rightful banhammer when necessary
TL;DR - Bronto is the guy who keeps NA rule enforcement consistent. I'm still watching you.
