Most people who are still playing cRPG are doing that because they can't even start Witcher's game launcher without crashing Windows. I've said this ages ago, main reason why people stick with cRPG is extremely low hardware demands. Seems to be true after all these years.
You've bought new PC last year or this year, I believe. Active players bought their PC eight years ago and it was 300$ laptop
