Like people have said before, green arrows help you to made adjustments to your aim, meaning that it makes a lot of sense that if he does this regularly (Which he does) then he is cheating. That's called a logical assumption, and considering the fact that he HAS cheated before, I find it more than likely that he still is.

The thing is, people think that green arrows is something hard to get, like some mysterious file that can't be found in the internet. You can make the "cheat" yourself, all it takes is some Warband editing program like OpenBRF. There's a guide on cRPG forums showing how to get back the old flying_missile from Native. The rest you have to figure out yourself because ban. I really don't understand why did they change the good old Native flying arrows to new, almost invisible ones. It only makes life harder for everyone.
