There's like only 2 people banned who's still interested in crpg (rip and Pandor). No one would even notice they're unbanned.

You forget Biceps, pretty sure there are others. And once you unban someone, everyone banned for similar reasons will need to be unbanned, to be fair. Or someone need to be nominated to select those that "are still interested in cRPG and are banned and should be unbanned". That would be quite a dramatic responsability
